TownePlace Suites Tampa Clearwater

Craig is one of the best person I met during travelling. He was so helpful, despite his workload. Hotel is new, room cleans everyday day. Breakfast is okeish, but still better then in other hotels we stayed. Certainly recommend this hotel for short and long term stay.

The front desk staff were terrific. The cleaning staff were good too. Well we didn't get our room clean they gave us whatever we asked for. The pool was great and we enjoyed that it was outside in the heat. Very refreshing.The facilities including the gym and pool were clean. The pool temperature was comfortable. Glad it was an outdoor pool. Partially shaded at certain times of the day. The gym was fine. Why someone making everything we needed regarding shopping was close by. Dollar tree, costco, Publix, Home Depot, and Ross were only a few minutes away. Clearwater Beach is just under 20 minutes away. The room was spacious and we appreciated the upgrade! Thanks! :)

As usual, my stay at the TownePlace suites Tampa Clearwater was excellent! This property is so well-maintained and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I’d like to also mention that Craig was once again so kind and professional. He helped me, on the phone before I arrived, to make some arrangements regarding my room. He helped me again with an unexpected late check out and I was fortunate enough to see him during checkout where once again he made the whole checkout process so wonderful! The management of this property seems to be hiring wonderful people and doing all the right things. Thank you.

This hotel is immaculate. The rooms are bright and spacious. The breakfast area is super clean. All three employees are friendly and service oriented. Everyday the food was different. I also want to include one of the nicest Front Desk staff . Noell is great. She does a great job. And she also got the grill started for me. She always is very professional. Thank You.

We did not originally plan to stay here. We had booked a VRBO. It turned out to be a disaster. We had to look for a new place to stay on the evening we arrived. We called the 800 number for Marriott. They were very helpful in finding this location not too far from where we were. From the time of our arrival until check out 5 days later we had a fantastic stay. Latonya at the front desk was very helpful during the day. So was Adam the night agent. The hotel is very clean and conveniently located not far from the beach, stores and restaurants. Everyday of our stay breakfast was provided and well maintained by Bryan and his staff. The area was always clean and well stocked, despite having a baseball and cheerleading team staying at the same time. We took full advantage of the BBQ grills outside. Latanya would help us to get the BBQ box they provide at the front desk. It had seasonings, spatulas, oven mitts, tongs, everything you might need. We also used the kitchen to prepare meals at the hotel. This worked out great and made it easier to accommodate food allergies and picky eaters. We would highly recommend staying here. Thank you to the great staff for making our stay so pleasurable.
