Lovely comfortable rooms. Bathroom door tricky- would only close with a good shove. Breakfast and dinner food really excellent, chef Emma is top notch. Lovely staff especially Tatiana, Daniel and Max at breakfast. Pool is lovely for children and adults.

We were welcomed to the McWilliam Park Hotel by a very friendly and helpful receptionist. Our room was very comfortable and warm. There was a great choice of food for breakfast and dinner, all very well presented and full of flavour. Chef Emma, servers Patiasa, Max & Daniel and other staff were very attentive. We must go again.

Parking is included so is breakfast. Lovely large rooms with comfy kingsize beds and big lcd tv in the executive suits. Lovely food and excellent service from Katie in the restaurant and bar. Just Excellent all around we could not fault it..

Lovely hotel, great facilities, nice swimming pool and great breakfast and Gary is a gent, thank you Gary. Rooms are gorgeous, service is brilliant. Ideal spot for a meeting or dinner or night out. Music great. Food was outrageous very nice thank you

Lovely building inside , but there was a secretive election meeting between politicians hosted in the hotel unknown to the public the day I was there ,and full of Ukrainian refugees. All around very unimpressed not a top tier hotel in anyone’s eyes.

The hotel has lovely decor and has a calm atmosphere. The room was really spacious and clean. In fact the communal spaces were also very clean and well kept. The biggest issue is how poor the bar and restaurant staff are serving the customer. Long waits to be acknowledged, obvious confusion around orders and a serious lack of training and experience. This really let the hotel down even the male receptionist in the leisure centre was as despondent and unhelpful

We stayed as a family of 4, room was spacious, and staff very friendly, great kids menu, and the breakfast each morning was really lovely, we have to mention, Martina who on arrival to our room helped us with getting the kids apps on the TV for them to watch while we unpacked and got organised, and she also set up a travel cot in our room for our son, and also Ann Marie who was so friendly and welcoming, AnnMarie also provided us with some umbrellas as we were attending a family funeral, and were unsure of the weather on the day, but Annmarie was happy to help us, and we really appreciated the offer to get some for us, all in all our stay was really lovely and we can definitely see ourselves returning, as the kids were made feel as welcome as we did and that's important when staying with kids, as when they are happy then us parents are too!

Lovely hotel, had lunch there, great service and staff very friendly. Check in was quick and easy. Spotlessly clean. Special word of thanks to Garry (bar man) who was very accommodating and went the extra mile to ensure our stay was a memorable one. Very pleasant, chatty and helpful
