Park Inn by Radisson Shannon Airport

From start to finish, our stay here was amazing. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend!

Hotel is very well located next to the airport. Hotel is Clean, friendly staff, very helpful. They went out of their way to allow our family with a baby to check in early so we could get some rest, especially our room attendant Valerie!

My partner and I stayed at the park inn hotel for a night for our anniversary and to attend the Wolfe tones concert in Limerick. We had an unfortunate start of our stay due to a human error but I must say the hotel staff handled the situation with expertise. They apologised profusely, offered us some complimentary services for the trouble that was caused. We really appreciated how the handled the situation and enjoyed the rest of our stay without incident. The beds were very comfy and the rooms were spotless, the fan was a necessary addition during the heatwave. Bar service was excellent and the dessert was enjoyable. Breakfast was nice but it was a busy morning and as a result the hot food was slow to come out and restocking was slow, but due to the amount of people I understand the delay. They also had gluten free toast and cereal available which was ideal. Location was pretty ideal as it was only 25km from Thomond park in Limerick. If you are flying from Shannon airport, it is about a two minute walk to the departure terminal. They also offer complimentary parking for guests staying at the hotel which is a nice bonus not having to pay for parking during our stay. Would recommend this hotel to others!

We always stay here when flying out of Shannon, it takes the pressure of an early morning flight and the location is second to none. Rooms are clean , spacious and quiet , food is too class and great portion sizes in the Bar all at reasonable cost. Great service by the 2 girls from Ukraine on the 6th March , they kept service going while engaging with customers and having the chats. After a great sleep and early start we were too early for grab and go breakfast but the night porter managed to rustle up 2 Lattes which helped greatly. We had being trying to get this hotel for another stay end of August but the hotel was sold out . Aoife in reservations was extremely helpful and kept our details for a cancellation. While on the Radisson app I chanced another look and some rooms had opened up so booked them right away. The location of this hotel can’t be bet and ample parking at reasonable cost. See ye again August 28th
