Rooms were hot, hot HOT!! I wish they’d put a window in or something to stop us from propping the corridor door open at night. We paid for the room which gives access to the lounge. Lounge had great food and drinks of the first night - I wa impressed. They then closed the lounge on our second night and opted to give us a takeaway box which was no where near the value of paying for the executive room. Luckily, the hotel agreed to give us a refund for our remaining nights and we went to a different hotel. I think in Normal times - when covid is well and truly finished - this hotel would get a revisit. Staff were friendly and like I said, lounge served some good food.

Advantages: larger rooms, various breakfast options, swimming pool, convenient parking, polite service, favorable price, no price increase during the Mid-Autumn Festival Disadvantages: The location is remote and there are major car dealerships nearby. It costs 20 yuan to take a taxi into the city to eat, which is inconvenient. The facilities are relatively old. The nozzle at the top of the shower is clogged with scale. The water flow is weak and the flushing is not smooth. We hope to improve it.

The room was upgraded. The room environment is good and clean. The service attitude is very good, especially the greeter at the door of the breakfast room. He smiles and greets me very kindly. The food was quite satisfactory to my taste, and the evening was very quiet. There was a sound of banging things coming from somewhere around 7 o'clock in the morning, but it ended soon. The surrounding dining area is very convenient, with many choices. The grilled fish I had in the shopping mall next to it in the evening was so delicious, haha. Overall very satisfied, a cost-effective hotel.

I took my children to Cixi to play. After arriving at the hotel, the whole hotel environment is not bad, and the children also like it very much. The waiter named Chen Hong at the front desk of the registration room upgraded our room for free. The buffet service in the morning is also very thoughtful. Overall, the experience of checking in is not bad

This stay is really satisfying! This hot spring hotel is impeccable in terms of environment, service and facilities. The room was clean and tidy, the layout was warm, the bedding was comfortable, and the night slept very well. The hotel's service staff is warm and thoughtful, from check-in to check-out, people feel at home. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes great, especially the local specialties, which make people feel endless. In short, it was a very pleasant experience and highly recommended to friends who want to relax! Will definitely come again next time!

The hotel is relatively new, the facilities are clean and hygienic, and there are free outdoor hot springs to soak. The price is not expensive on National Day, the price is quite high, but there are a lot of mosquitoes. The breakfast tasted average, I ate it for a day, and gave up in the next few days. The first day of stay was late, the room phone and network were a bit problematic, and all were solved the next day. In addition, it is recommended that there is a place to hang clothes in the bathroom. Children will also send a chicken when they stay. The hotel is a ten-minute drive to Fangte and Wetland Park, which is very convenient. The hotel's own free shuttle bus, children also like it.

The house is very good. It is very close to where the house is clean. I even told the network boss to tell me the password. If there is any problem, contact the boss in seconds. The facilities are complete and the room is odorless. It is not expensive for one night. I will come back to Ningbo next time.
