Because of COVID the air conditioning was turned off, but the front desk offered us a fan and brought it to our room immediately, which made a HUGE difference. Even the cleaning staff was polite and friendly! The breakfast was a little disappointing, all the basics was all there, but didn't have that little extra when it comes to western food. Then view from our lake view room was stunning, but the river boats on the lake was noisy and we had to listen to what could've been a car alarm, but was part of the attraction of the river boats all day. All in all, I would go there again. and would recommend it to anyone that knows how to have breakfast delivered to them from another restaurant or shop
