房間設施全面，有洗衣機，電視，周邊配套齊全，非常方便，關鍵是價格便宜，住的安心，美中不足是床上用品衞生加強下，總體來説性價比好的。

內窗不拉窗簾，根本脱不了衣服 隔壁樓能看的清清楚楚 被子奇癢無比，晚上穿衣服睡的 表面上看着挺乾淨的，不知道為什麼，反正就是癢

房間整潔舒適，常用的家電設施齊全。周邊購物交通也很方便。
走路去世紀城購物中心衹要10分鐘，打車到汽車站也衹要不到20分鐘。到杭州灣新區臨時辦事很方便。

民宿在一個很大的小區內，環境很好，是一個三室兩廳的套房。我的房間使用公共浴室。有洗衣機，還是挺方便的。沒有毛巾有點尷尬（有兩條明顯別人用過的），衹好用吹風機吹乾身子。衞生方面因為這種合住性質，想多乾淨恐怕也不現實。
