房間很大，很乾凈，房間裝飾很亮眼👍，遊樂園是酒店贈送的項目而且就在酒店旁邊，遊玩很方便，去山上也很近，景色很不錯。前台的傅瑞瑤小妹妹真的很熱情周到，👍👍。

房間環境不錯，前台服務也很好，尤其是張曉艷特別熱心～但是就餐要到對面酒店很不方便，尤其雨天，另外酒店沒有小童樂園，小朋友衹能看電視。其他都不錯

店面面積很大，環境真挺好，價格也真不貴！就是那個星夢樂園太差勁了，沒有大人或者大童可以玩的東西，但是卻要收正常人的門票，坑的一塌糊塗。ps:.達蓬山沒什麼好玩的，過氣了

地點：在達蓬山大酒店的斜對面，服務員説是算是分部。所以這裏衹有住宿，其他都要去對面酒店，比如自助早餐，健身房等，個人覺得很不方便。
房間：火烈鳥面積挺大的，但是是屬於極簡風格，沒有冰箱，沒有體重秤，沒有護髮素，沒有浴帽，就是能省就。
電視：很不靈敏，一定要走到電視邊上，對着機頂盒按開關，而且正反的兩個電視，其中一個關了，另一個就一定會打開，搞不懂。
早餐：要去對面吃，不方便，而且今天下雨，更加不便。餐品，類別少，品質也差，居然沒有咖啡機，連美式咖啡都沒有，和酒店檔次極度不配。服務員也水平很一般，從外形到表情到服務水平。
總之，不會再來了。
