環境：網魚都一樣
服務：我就搞不懂了，晚上9點十點過去開房間，第二天不能推遲？説要網魚會員，主要去的晚了想着打兩把多睡個把小時 説超時會收費 不給延遲收費理解***12點還過來敲門打電話發消息的，睡不安生，能不能變通下？我是客人出來放鬆不是工作按時按點，知道這是你們的工作制度我理解所以在店裡不多説一句話不表達一絲不滿，店長管理希望優化下吧。説到延遲退房收款 想着退房卡一給 房費算到房間消費或者怎樣直接扣按金得了 ，還要再另外付，麻煩！

酒店坐落的環境地段都不錯，停車方便，前台小哥哥小姐姐服務態度非常好，房間挺乾淨的，好像是之前的漢庭改造的，設施都不錯，電腦也流暢，來慈溪很好的體驗！
