Everything is very good, the facilities are large and have a great location, the only thing missing is some remodeling in the rooms, they are already very old, as are the bedspreads.

Muy buen lugar para descansar y desconectarse, en un ambiente de playa, con albercas bien cuidadas, instalaciones en buen estado, aunque las habitaciones pudieran parecer obsoletas, tienen lo necesario para pasar unos dias agusto. Los servicios muy bien, el personal atento desde la llegada hasta la salida con el guardia. Reconocimiento especial para Ramón el barman de la alberca para adultos, muy buena plática, excelente preparación de bebidas y muy atento. Al igual en el area de playa con el wero Federico o Kiko o Tesoro como le quieran llamar, jaja, muy buena atención. En general me pareció excelente para mi y mi pareja. Muchas actividades que no pudimos asistir, un poco mas enfocados a los menores de edad y las noches de las 9pm, muy buen espectáculo el del jueves, no sé si sea todos los jueves pero excelente recorrido musical de los 80s a los 2miles.

Hotel que se quedo en el pasado, desde que llegas a recepción y te dan control de tv, llave común, y llave de la caja de seguridad, además de que solo en el lobby tienen wifi y muy malo, personal amable, habitación con aire acondicionado viejo y no enfría, telarañas en la Ventana del baño, no tienen cafetera, frigobar, y solo te dejan dos botellas de agua pequeñas, camas buenas para descansar, restaurantes repitiendo los desayunos, comida y cena las variaron un poco, los bares con licores nacionales y cerveza nacionales, lo rescatable es la Playa y su ubicación, albercas ya muy viejas les falta mucho Mantenimiento, y les falta acceso a personas con discapacidad del hotel a la playa, lástima que fue un hotel muy bueno hace 25 años y ahí se quedo, por el personal todos amables.

PROS: We only stayed for the night and booked this stay VERY last minute, but the location in Playa Miramar can't be beat. Check-in was a breeze, the check in area is beautiful and updated, and the check-in staff was very friendly, even though we only speak Spanglish. Yes, you get actual metal keys, handed the TV remote, and towel cards at check-in, but I knew this from reading the reviews so we were prepared. We were directed to park our personal car at an open parking spot by the attendant who was also very friendly. We had a room on the 2nd floor (3rd floor really, since the check-in floor was considered floor 0). The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the room was clean. The shower was clean and had hot water. We thought breakfast was delicious and varied. We paid about $30 US for breakfast since we didn't purchase the all-inclusive package. We thought this was an OK price since it was all you can eat and the service was friendly and exceptional. We wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the beach but it was a rainy day when we woke up in the morning. CONS: Rooms really need a modern technological update. We have to move the beds to the opposite side of the room in order to plug our CPAP machines in because the wall where the beds were situated didn't have outlets. Luckily the beds were movable. This is really our only complaint.

It cannot be that at 4 pm the rooms are not made up, look for one on a trip to rest and have the best disposition and attention, it saddens me that when you report to reception they tell you the schedule is from x to y hours to do it. We understand that it is an old hotel but the service must be first class... A lot to work on, Brand friends...

A classic hotel with an excellent location, but one that was left behind at the time of its inauguration more than 40 years ago. The rooms require a total remodel. The furniture is very old. I can't believe that being in a suite I don't have Internet. They stayed in the last millennium. Room without coffee service or refiri bar. Only one restaurant and very limited food.
