Magnificent hotel. Perfect location for us who arrived by boat and left the same way.
The view is superb. We were upgraded to a room with a view of the Mekong.
The staff arranged for us to have a room early in the morning given our arrival time.
The servers were lovely even though I was sick.
In short, flawless.
Hotel is quite new, clean and spacious with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast and dinner was very tasty. However, there was a toilet was too stinky from sewer.

This is a beautiful small hotel, located on the edge of town in Chau Doc, so it's refreshingly quiet, but within easy walking distance to many little cafes and restaurants. We had a simply gorgeous double room with a balcony on the fourth floor overlooking the rice fields and Sam Mountain. The decor is really very tasteful, and the staff are absolutely wonderful. We had great food in the restaurant. What stood out for us were the amazing and very peaceful views, and the absolute kindness we were shown by the hotel staff and the owner. I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. We loved Chau Doc, but The Little Saigon Homestay made our visit very special to us. It's really a charming place with beautiful people who made our stay exceptional. The staff were also very helpful in organising tours for us which really made a difference too. Nothing was too much effort for them. Thank you Little Saigon Homestay! We were very sad to leave. xx
Stayed at hung cuong hotel for 8 nights. My feedback during the stay as below.
Positive feeedback:
1. Clean Room
2. All the facilities in the room well maintained
3. Beautiful Bathroom
4. Comfortable bed and pillow.
5. Bottle water provided daily
Negative feedback:
1. Lots of Lizard's (inside and outside the room)
2. Bed comforters are too small for 2 person
3. Television channels are not clear. Bad pictures.
4. Staff at hotel doesn't speak english. Very hard to communicate.
5. Security and CCTV are not well observed. Had difficulty to sleep at night due to a stranger knocked the door 2AM at night two days in the row. Called reception and was told no one outside the door and no action was taken. Checked CCTV the day after and realize there was a drunk guy with bare foot standing outside the room knocking the door.
I have stayed here for two nights with my partner. You get exactly what you book. The pictures meet reality. Nothing too special or too modern but very clean and capable staff. One of the staff speaks very good English for Vietnamese standards. The rest of the staff are happy to help you while talking through Google translator. These conversations are slower but you'll get there. It's very central and the room we stayed in was very quiet, too. As usual you can rent out scooter's or book tours. If you're happy driving a scooter I would recommend you to book a private scooter tour through the countryside to the Tra Su Forest and back for $35 AUD.
Nice hostel. At the reception is more less English speaking, but the staff very much strive to answer all questions and to meet wishes (to be needed with translators). Our room was small and without windows, but very clean and looked new. The AC was super silent.
We extended our stay for one night, but moved to a room with windows. This was spacious, but it didn't seem so modern.
We used the washing service and borrowed a roller (150k VND / day).

Outstanding
In a town with limited options this turned out to be an excellent choice: Room: we opted for a Deluxe Room and it was very nice: spacious, clean, and brand spanking new. The bed was large and extremely comfortable. The shower was perfect, Wi-Fi worked well and there were sufficient electrical outlets. A mini fridge was an additional bonus, as were the wall to wall windows, which provided a nice breeze and a good view of the street below. Staff: friendly, cheerful and helpful. As an English speaker language was sometimes a barrier, but not an insurmountable one. Food: we had one breakfast here and it was, quite simply, terrible. Coffee was insipid and watery, with none of the bite of good café sua da. An otherwise respectable egg found its reputation tarnished by association with a sausage of disturbingly spongey texture. The best I can say is, in a land blessed with delectable fruit, it must have required considerable ingenuity to locate an apple and grapefruit so devoid of flavor. Don't let this dissuade you, though, as breakfast isn't included and good coffee and breakfast foods are easily available nearby. Location: perfect. Wherever you choose to stay, make sure it's near the waterfront park with its vibrant promenade and bustling street food scene. Overall, perhaps not a memorable stay but very good one, and truly outstanding value for the money.

GGuest UserThe owners are super kind and friendly. You have a few restaurants around and not far from the mountain. It has wifi despite indicated it doesn’t
