The hotel is very good, one room and one living room with kitchen and dishwasher. Better than the hotel

everyone is very helpful, kind, Mata vanities especially with covid-19 out breakfast they have a lot of supplies to cook for ourselves.

The air conditioner in the room is very noisy. It is a hotel in a tourist area. The hygiene is not very good. The room settings are not very good. It is close to the hiking trail.

Overall, it is not bad, the hotel is quiet and clean, the room is good and warm, the location is general, the surrounding is not convenient, the price is high, there is no problem with other things.

Clean hotel with polite employees, parking spaces were enough and always guests can find one. Breakfast was hot and complete. Location of hotel was on highway so access to other places was good but guests need to travel with their cars.

They are all branded hotels and generally there won't be any problems.

The hotel room layout was nice with most amenities needed. Fresh coffee is available all day in the lobby area. However, the room and building interior were a bit aged. There were some stained spots on the carpet in our room. Fitness room was clean and sanitized but lack of weight machines. There were only some drum bells only. The hotel location is convenient as it is right next to a big gas station with a convenient store for a quick stop for snacks and drinks. Woodbury Common outlet is around 20 minutes drive. Hotel breakfast was good with variety of hot and cold food to choose from. Temperature control in the room was fine with digital control. Front desk staff was very helpful.

Hotel service is very good, it is considered to be very cost-effective around.

The Hamton Inn Paramus Hotel is 30 minutes away from Manhattan. The family was satisfied because we could use a relatively new hotel at a much more reasonable price than the city center of New York on a weekend with a lot of travel demand.
