Best Rosemead Hotels

Hotel is very clean. Good breakfast. Located within residential buildings in a pleasant surrounding. Safe to walk around the hotel to localised shopping and dining amenities. Stayed 4 nights. First two nights at new wing. Good water pressure. Last two nights at older wing. Water pressure not good. Trickling..

I have written about this hotel chain various time before and I will continue to do so only because they are the Best Hotel Chain. I look at them as a business partner because of them taking care of me I’m able to do what I need to with my clientele and that to me is worth more than anything else. In business you are only as good as you are able to keep your clients happy and Hilton makes it super easy for me to keep my clients very happy. Thanks again to all the staff at this Doubletree in Rosemead location for all your courteous and professional help. I’ll be back real soon

Very convenient, the front desk can speak Chinese, and the service attitude is enthusiastic. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It is really good. One of the big sisters at the front desk recommended me many places to go around. The people are very friendly and praise.

The air conditioner in the room I was originally given was not cold, so I told the receptionist that I was offered a different room to pay the difference of $10. The air conditioner was very good. Overall it's good, it must be a motel

First of all, when I checked in the guy from the front desk was super rude and he got upset after every question I asked about my reservation details, nobody greets the guests or customers, not even a good morning. The room was very old, the beds super uncomfortable you can feel the springs on your back, really couldn't sleep comfortably there and i still have a lot of back pain, when hotel beds supposed to be the most comfortable beds, also you can hear all kind of noices like floor cracking whe you are walking inside the room, voices, coughing etc. From other rooms and also bathroom faucet and from the upstair rooms too, the people walking, running, and talking in the hallway, I heard the 10 time sneezing of the guy upstairs. And that's not it, I had a cockroach in my bathtub that I had to chase and get rid of it, the towels stinks like grease or dry oil clothes, disgusting and the change your towels every 3 days (bc is eco-friendly 🙄). And the worst thing, they include ”breakfast” in the reservation like a big thing but NO!!, the only thing you can have there for breakfast is the waffle iron, and JUST ONE little syrup container (1 regular and 1 sugar free), one for everybody, no eggs, no bacon or sausage, no yogurt, no tiny cereal boxes like all other hotels, no bread or bagel, no cream cheese, no milk little containers just one thermos with milk, not very clean in my opinion, NO FRUIT just a couple of bananas, and when I say couple i mean it. Coffee was super bad, literally crap, and for me is the first thing I like to drink when I wake up ”a very good cup of coffee”. Very disappointed with Trip Advisor that recomends this super old hotel as a good staying place and a hotel with service like this should be super cheap. First and last time i follow TripAdvisor suggestions. The pictures in the hotel's profile are not of the same hotel.

A hundred plus dollars room doesn’t even have a bottle of water? This is ridiculous! If you look at their prices, quite expensive! I didn’t ask much, a couple of bottled water is a must. It dos worth the price the asked.

Stayed here July 3-5. Worst hotel I have ever been to. Right after I checked in, I came at 5 when check in was at 3, they haven't even finished cleaning. Not to mention it was super dirty. This grandma needs to learn how to clean seriously. Floors were not mopped and gray stains all around. Lights were broken, toilet paper is barely empty. Worst part was the bed, my partner and I ithched all night and we couldnt sleep. COCKROACH WAS CRAWLING. We even used a sleeping bag I had since the bed was so dirty. Hair was on every towel, and it stinks. other rooms were so noisy, and this hotel is not worth even for a single dollar. I would never recommend anyone to stay. Even now we are still itching due to the unsanitary bed. MUCH MUCH BETTER HOTEL SUGGESTIONS: Mogel 6 Arcadia, Hilton Garden Inn Arcadia (We are staying here and for an extra $20-$30 it is totally worth every penny) and basically any other hotel/motel with a similar price range is better.

I used to stay Sheraton whenever i am San Gabriel I also lived in Sheraton Gateway LAX Particularly I praise the General Manager Wanda who is a humble polite and hard working leader We found out we studied at different high school next to each other The team work as a whole is very good 👍🥂🌹🎉
