Let’s start with parking. Parking is ri-damn-diculous! There is not enough on a Tuesday night, so the weekends must be a damn joke! Then to make up for the parking they give you parking across the street in a parking lot that has zero security. Of course they make sure the parking pass clearly states they will not be responsible for lost or damaged property. This seems to be a pretty sketchy town. Your best hope is to park under a light as the the homeless problem is out of control and please don’t let the females in your party walk out there alone after dark. It’s just way too dangerous. I wish some guidance and advice was given during checkin. What pissed me off the most is they have a huge yellow/loading zone and they let any rich contractors park there all night without fearing getting towed, WTAF! Why is that okay with them, because maybe they’ll come back again if their contract allows. They’re entitled jackasses for doing it, Marriotts horrible for allowing, while single women, traveling alone have to brave walking around these sketchy streets alone. Get some security, don’t let anyone park in the yellow loading zone. Next, the room. We were exhausted and worried about the safety of our car. I went in to take a shower. First the water pressure could almost remove skin, just giving you that heads up. It hits you with freezing then slight adjustment to the red side and it’s scolding you, just another heads up. But my favorite was in the middle of my shower I find there is no shampoo. There is two bottles of body wash and one of conditioner. WTAF?!? How hard is it to switch out the bottles. Next what is with the ghosting TV?!? I thought Colorado cared about the environment, so why can’t we turn off the TV?!? We had to unplug it to get it to be off. Cleanliness…well it seems clean at first, but when drawing the drapes you find surprises like we did. Something squished and bloody, not sure if it’s a bug or people blood. Hope you don’t find any surprises. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. The hallway was loud. As was the entitled Harley parking on the sidewalk next to the front door. The place is not the right place to relax and rejuvenate. Truly expected better from Marriott!
All the staff that we interacted with were friendly, welcoming and professional. Jeremy and Alicia were especially kind to us. The room was beautiful and mostly clean. The hallways could have used a thorough vacuuming, but overall I was impressed with this hotel and would definitely recommend!

When I made my reservation through this company, I explained that I absolutely must have a pool for my autistic grandson and was assured the motel had a usable pool. However, when I arrived at the motel, I saw the EMPTY pool. The front desk clerk said it had been closed since covid started last year. I never checked in and went elsewhere. Reservationdesk.com flatly refused to refund any of my money for the reservation or even the service fee they charged. THIS COMPANY IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST RESERVATION COMPANY EVER!! THEY GET THEIR MONEY THE DAY YOU MAKE THE RESERVATION AND THEN THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOUR BOOKING!!!

Very Good
We stopped here for the night on our way to Denver. Checked in at midnight. The desk clerk was very kind. The room was decent. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was quiet, even in the morning when it's usually a bit loud with people hitting the road. It could have been a tad cleaner, but for the money, it can't be beat. There are restaurants right next door. No need to drive to find food, which I appreciate.
880237travelDon't even think about staying here. Just keep going to Colorado Springs or up to Denver. At 6 pm, guest rooms weren't ready because presumably a shortage of housekeepers. Front Desk clerk was overworked and alone. No colleague to help him or a manager to address situations. Absolutely no compensation offered to guests whose rooms weren't ready 3 hours after the published check-in time. My first room had black debris and stains on the bedding. None of the surfaces like countertops were wiped down or sanitized. Lots of dust, crumbs, etc. The second room had what two stains that appeared to be blood or some kind of bodily fluid. One stain was on the top sheet and the other stain was on the bottom fitted sheet. Like the first room, surfaces like countertops were wiped down or sanitized. Lots of dust, crumbs, etc. Carpet also wasn't vacuumed. In the bathroom of each room, the individual toiletries have been replaced with wall-mounted dispensers containing lotion, hand wash, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. No bar of soap is provided. Separate from the cleanliness issues: 1) No IHG Diamond elite recognition. You won't get a suite upgrade unless you request it. 2) Immediate area feels sketchy with a lot of transients and other questionable people loitering. Don't leave anything in the car. All things considered, this is a poorly operated Holiday Inn Express. Considering the rates charged, don't risk it. Keep driving.

GGuest UserRight off the 25 South. We wanted to be close to the highway so we can leave right away in the morning. There were plenty of restaurants around. The room was clean and had what we needed for a night of rest stop. Fast check in and out. Breakfast was minimal but it was enough for us.

GGuest UserI've been staying at Motel 6 a lot over the past decade traveling for my business but after my experience in Pueblo CO I will never ever stay at another! I could go into a long story about the many instances of incompetence or the horrible policy of them considering a room 'used' if you've been in it at all. But I'll just say I reserved a room with fridge and microwave but when i arrived none were available, they had a suite i could pay extra for but no TV, so I did, but the heat did not work! I sat by it for a while waiting for it to start working but it just blew cold air, the half of it that was even functioning at all that is...When I called she asked if I'd used the room, I told her well I'm in it but just been sitting by the heater to see if it was going to start working, so I go up to the office expecting to get a room with heat and she said sorry it's been almost an hour so can't do anything! Even though I told her I was just sitting by the heater to see if it was going to start working the whole time she just says sorry, been almost an hour, the room is used and can't do anything! She kept trying to call her manager, kept saying that through the process, but she could never reach her manager, so just tough luck! Oh, there was a guy next to me who had a similar problem and she said same thing, been 50 min so the room is used and can't get a new one, when the dude told her that he'd been standing there in line for 50 min waiting to talk to her, which she saw!? It was just the most insane thing ever!? Then the girl starts crying, because we were both talking about calling the police, since she was basically stealing from us, charging for a room with no heat in CO in Feb!? So after that we both feel bad and go off back to our crappy rooms, vowing never to return!
