Beautiful hotel and ******. The bed was like floating on clouds comfortable and the TV was large.

It's a new hotel with newer facilities and is close to the exhibition hall. However, the hotel has no sense of service at all. When I checked out on the last day, the room password lock was out of power, and I was locked outside and couldn't get to my luggage. It took the hotel about an hour to open the door, which affected my rush to the airport. The front desk staff was not in a hurry and didn't say anything to apologize. They had no sense of service.

New, big, business. It is very suitable for business people residing abroad, which is similar to domestic Raffles City. The swimming pool water is not very good, and very small. The breakfast is very good, you can make your own waffle, and the service staff are also very nice. Having experienced the abuse of kindergarten children, I hated Ctrip for a while. But after the return of sanity... Ctrip is doing better. Very new hotel, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom bath is also very large, the room is large, the lighting is very cozy, the location is in downtown, the parking lot is not free for about 20 knives overnight, breakfast is Starbucks & Bistro cooperation, Not a proper dinner, it is okay to eat light breakfast. Good value for money!

I can't tell you what an amazing experience my best friend and I had staying here. We were in town to see Justin Timberlake. Upon check in we were heated with a smile by ”Jelly”. You receive a ”free drink” coupon with your stay. I don't drink so she make me the most beautiful Shirley Temple. The ”Stash” closet had all the things I needed that I forgot at home. Such a quaint room. I love the vintage look and feel of the whole place. I didn't want to leave. ONLY downside was parking. You are pretty much forced to valet park.

Location close to many downtown attractions. The staff were friendly and the facilities were clean and well maintained. The room was cozy and clean. The breakfast was more than adequate to accommodate an hungry morning appetite. The cinnamon rolls were on point. I’d recommend staying here anytime. Enjoyed my short one night stay.

The hotel is in the city center and the location is very good! The equipment is very new, there is a shopping mall behind the hotel, shopping is convenient, there are few Chinese people nearby, the outdoor terrace on the second floor of the breakfast hotel feels very delicious. I solved it at a nearby Japanese restaurant in the evening, and there is Starbucks near 200 meters. All of this is very good, the only bad thing is that there is no boiled water, but most hotels in the United States do not, especially this place with few Chinese.

This is a hipster hotel for sure. The area is ok but don’t venture too far out as it can get a bit sketchy. The layout and vibe are awesome. It was a little dirty inside the room but the experience was nice. Would probably go again

The localtion is in a very good and convenient location. The hotel service staff are very friendly and will promptly assist you with any questions you may have. I will choose this hotel again for future business trips.
