GGuest UserWe stayed at the Four a Seasons for a quick weekend. They emailed in advance of our stay to see if we needed a car service, dinner reservations, and to gather other preferences. Everything was exquisite from start to finish. This is a brand new Four Seasons (and my new favorite)! A spa treatment is a must—I booked a massage with Lindsey and it was the best massage I’ve ever had! The only (small) minus is that the co-ed hot tub was in the same area as the indoor pool. So there are children in the area (with all that entails). But there is also. Hot tub, sauna, etc within the gendered locker rooms that are kid free, so plenty of alternative options.

GGuest UserI actually got there later than I should have and was still able to get a room. They're very accommodating very friendly and I would definitely stay there again. There was great parking, even a good breakfast when most places aren't offering that right now. I definitely enjoyed my stay.

HHeatherAbsolutely wonderful. I am super picky and my friends all stayed at other hotels in for a wedding. I was last minute and didn’t like what I had seen in the other hotels my friends were at so I walked down to check out this one and I was so happy I did! Love love love it. Clean and cozy and felt like an adults on the interior furnishings. Other hotels have cheap furniture and feel like dorm rooms. I was really have with this choice all the way around!!! I will definitely be back and can’t wait for their new spa to open!! Staff was great too and hotel was decorated lovely for Christmas! Great price also!

GGuest UserPlatinum Elite/InterContinental Ambassador here. My review compares InterContinental, Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn stays….and the Mall of America is head and shoulders above the rest! Arranged and checked in online using App, and arrived early. Team recognized my status and gave me a spacious room without me begging!!! Room overlooked busy highway but barely noticeable. Sparkling clean throughout, huge well lit modern shower . Comfy bed. Great shuttle service! This hotel truly sets the standard for judging business stays! Thank you Team!

Situated in a historic setting, the Inn presents itself splendidly during the festive season. The Christmas decorations, while abundant, demonstrate admirable restraint: multiple trees adorned with tasteful ornaments, and wreaths releasing the most divine fragrance of fresh pine—precisely the sort of seasonal embellishment one hopes to encounter in a fine establishment. While the Inn offers a formal dining room of considerable elegance, I found myself drawn to the more intimate bar area, where I encountered service that would not be out of place in London's finest establishments. The bartender, Brad—a gentleman whose expertise and attention to detail warrant specific mention—exemplified the increasingly rare art of genuine hospitality. His command of the menu and intuitive understanding of guests' preferences proved nothing short of extraordinary, particularly impressive given this was Boxing Day. The culinary offerings, while firmly rooted in American classics, display moments of inspired creativity. Consider their interpretation of that humble favorite, the grilled cheese sandwich: elevated with cottage bacon, premium cheddar, and fresh tomato, served on pillowy challah bread. It arrives accompanied by a tomato soup that, when enhanced with their carefully curated selection of condiments (Melinda's ghost pepper sauce being a particularly inspired choice), transforms into something quite remarkable. The beverage program deserves special commendation. Their signature Island Fashioned, crafted with Buffalo Trace bourbon and an ingenious combination of cranberry and peach bitters, demonstrates sophisticated mixology. The wine list, too, shows careful consideration, with selections like a particularly good Spanish Rioja that proved the perfect complement to a frosty Minnesota day. GGuest UserThis hotel is pretty with its hip colors etc, and the food was good with easy access to airport and the big mall. But the rooms lack function including very few drawers, sink has very little counter space so not much space to place toiletries, strange blue carpet and sparkle tile in rooms on top floor, big silver closet doors (on top floor only possibly) that are about 2 inches above the floor which means when you close one it can slide right over your bare foot (which happened to me both cutting and severely bruising my foot). I reported the injury as soon as it happened. A gentleman came up and told me the doors are suppose to be like that. (Go look at your doors they all are much closer to the floor so this doesn't happen.) I left a note for them when I checked out after hobbling around for 2 days in pain and a week later still no reply or inquiry regarding that situation from anyone in management. I don't like to complain but maybe someone will read this review and care? Hotel shuttle was good at picking us up at the airport but not so good taking us back. We had a reservation for the return shuttle but they let other people on instead telling us airline crew had priority over us. Not sure about those other people who got on. We had to wait for shuttle to return since 2nd shuttle was having maintenance issues. We did like how your room key only allowed you to go to floor your room was on. That seemed safe. If you want maid service you have to request it.

GGuest UserNO BREAKFAST, despite the fact that it still says there's a breakfast served in the pool area. I stayed here several times pre-covid and it was the typical Choice Hotel hot breakfast with sausage, eggs, waffles, fruit. etc. They're using Covid as an excuse to provide so-called grab n go bag. I will not recommend this hotel if you're expecting or enjoy a decent breakfast. I gave it 3 stars because the bed was comfortable, and because they were kind enough to honor my request for a room close to the elevator so I didn't have to carry my heavy bags far. If you don't mind paying for a decent morning meal down the road, then you will not be disappointed. I travel constantly for work and find that most decent hotels are now doing breakfast again, which is a very important perk for me and my clients. C'mon, Comfort inn!

XXuekongI stayed in a room on the highway side. The noise from passing cars was very loud until 10 pm. The cars started to increase after 6 am the next day. I communicated with the front desk twice and was treated coldly.

WWingMaryCheck in was ok... Although clerk stated they were full when we arrived after midnight and we had booked thru their Res Dept. Once she found out I was a diamond member she then changed her attitude! Pool is down due to some funk in the pool
Breakfast was so so, eggs were very salty! Coffee should be available all day but they only have it during breakfast hours, however, they will give you packets for your room but no creamer so I need to run over to Walmart to grab some!

Original room they gave us hadn't even been cleaned yet and it was completely trashed when we opened the door into the room. We told the front desk, they came to look at it and was confused. They put us in another room but it smelled heavily of cigarettes, eventhough it was a no smoking room. They put us in a different room and we later in the night learned the air conditioner barely blew cold air, so it was quite a humid night in that room. Sinks had huge cracks in them, toilet rocked, brown stains on bathtub, sticky carpet (we kept our shoes on entire time in the room), barely any bath towels, no microwave in the room, broken furniture in the room, trash on the carpet out in the hallway, lots of random people loitering the front entrance and parking lot most of the time. Do NOT use this place at all!!
