Upon my arrival at the property, I was greeted by the valet team, and instantly, the meticulous attention to detail throughout the property caught my eye. As I stepped through the doors, I was enveloped by the sophisticated and luxurious NEWSTALGIA fragrance that filled every corner of this stunning establishment. The lobby is a perfect blend of romance and charm, creating an inviting and immaculate atmosphere with every detail curated. The front desk staff are truly the cornerstone of this hotel's extraordinary service. Diana transformed a challenging day at Stanford into a positive experience with her attitude, extreme politeness, professionalism, and empathetic demeanor. She went above and beyond to assist me with parking, wrote a handwritten note to cheer me up, had a big smile and super positive vibes. Diana provided excellent suggestions to restaurants and places around the hotel making her an outstanding employee! Aylin was equally impressive, consistently displaying a positive attitude, efficiency, and attentiveness. She handled all my requests promptly and with a genuine smile. Darnell also stood out with his exceptional politeness and attentiveness, exemplifying the hotel's commitment to service even at 1 AM when I required items to be delivered to my room. What a great experience! We had a fantastic, one night stay, at El Prado. Sara, told us, that she was putting us, in a beautiful, spacious, room. She was not kidding. We stayed in room 404, very quiet, super comfortable bed, and very spacious. Her coworker, at the front desk, told us our dinner reservation, at nearby, St. Michael, was a great choice, a wonderful restaurant. He was right. The El Prado, is a beautiful, quiet, centrally located hotel, with great staff, at the front desk! Thank you Sara, for the beautiful room!

It's a pretty hotel and the staff was very nice. Because it's older, there is no A/C (ceiling fan though) and it felt hot and stuffy. The room was kinda small. The bathroom, while clean and pretty, very small with no counter space. The location is central in a super location. My price included breakfast in the bistro attached. It was tasty but what a hassle to order. You have to go through this process with the QR code and such and order completely through the app - no personal service to simply take your order. It work5s be very difficult if you weren't familiar with this type of thing.

The hotel is located in the central city, the facilities in the room are clean and tidy, the toilet and furniture materials are exquisite and in line with the price, but the face tissues are really bad! Mineral water is not provided either. It is said that it is environmentally friendly to provide you with two sports kettles for free. Do you go to the second floor to fetch water yourself? 🤐 The breakfast place is very small, the elevator 🛗 is only one, there are no public places and facilities, and there is no place to sit with a friend. There is a Japanese restaurant on the first floor downstairs, the dishes are good! But you need to pay a deposit in advance. The price is average.

Very good stay experience, first of all, the surrounding environment is very comfortable, is the center of Palo Alto, but not the big city of San Francisco, called downtown, there is a main road, beautiful and prosperous. Stanford University is right next to me, I go to the campus every day. It’s much more comfortable than living in downtown San Francisco. The breakfast was very good. The room is comfortable and quiet. The only downside is that the room is small, but I don't mind this.

I stayed at the Nia for a week on a business trip. I was expecting a superb experience based on the price tag, but found it wanting. Everything looks nice enough, but many things that I would expect to see in a hotel of this caliber are missing. For example, I noticed when going to sleep the first night that all four pillows on my bed were of the same kind - an enormous (not fluffy, just huge) synthetic one. I tried to make it work, but knew my neck would hurt for days if I attempted to sleep on it. I went down to the front desk and needed to have a long discussion with the staff about getting a different kind of pillow (they told me that housekeeping was gone for the day and they didn't have access to the linen closet, which seems like a terrible setup). Finally, they checked and were able to get down pillows for me, and told me I should've requested them when checking in. In my experience, nice hotels include a variety of pillows in the room by default, so I've never had to do this before and didn't expect to need to this time. Secondly, the reason I needed to go down to the front desk in the first place is that of the two phones in the room, neither seemed to work (though both were connected to power and seemed to be on). This also made it challenging to order room service the one night I wanted tea and dessert. There's a QR code they ask you to scan to see room service information, but it just took me to the hotel website, which didn't make it clear which menu(s) were available for room service. If there were an easier ordering experience (e.g. a dedicated tablet in the room) that didn't require me to call anyone, I would've used room service more. Finally, there were small touches that degraded my experience further - no robe or slippers in the room, and a Keurig machine for coffee and tea. The coffee was okay, but for some reason, the pods I got were always decaf (maybe they had run out of regular coffee?) The tea that comes from a Keurig is always a joke, so I would rather have seen a variety of coffee than useless tea pods. And quality aside, Keurig pods are a sustainability disaster. Given the daily room rate, I hope that I will see a Nespresso machine in my room next time. On the plus side, I found the room to be pretty quiet, and after I got a pillow upgrade, had many good nights of sleep. If you temper your expectations, Nia is a satisfactory hotel.

I can not say enough amazing things about the Stanford Park Hotel. We used this hotel for our wedding room block and they went above and beyond what was required of them. My guests felt extremely welcomed, the hotel is absolutely stunning and the staff is excellent. This is not a 4 star hotel in my opinion I would rate this as a 5 star hotel. Our guests could not stop raving about the Standford Park Hotel!

A great stay at a great city. When you want to travel with your spouse, you don't want to spend too much time in searching instead you go with such a highly recognized brand like this and most of time you don't regret your pick.
