GGuest UserHotel was very clean and staff was somewhat friendly. A previous review on a different site remarked about a broken security latch and we happened to have a room (Accessible King Room) with the broken security latch which was held by a small screw popped off during our stay. I informed the desk about the latch and the review at checkout and their comment “give us time”. No, this should be fixed immediately.
The “pandemic” is being used as a sad excuse for not serving more than carefully rationed out mini muffins, juice and coffee for breakfast. They could offer single cartons of milk and single serving sized boxed cereals, packaged breakfast sandwiches that can be microwaved, and fruit such as bananas, oranges and apples wrapped in plastic. Many other hotels do this but it appears that this “pandemic” is used as an excuse to save money and not provide proper breakfast.
Yes, I would stay again because it is very clean and the room was nice and spacious.

GGuest UserI definitely liked how comfortable the room was. The A/C worked great. Their were some crumbs on the floor on the second bed, and also I would have loved more towels and bigger shampoo bottles, but overall it was great. I definitely loved the ease of access to a lot of things too.

GGuest UserThe service was very good. The child accidentally made the bathroom floor full of water. The waiter took the initiative to help us clean the floor. The overall price/performance ratio of the room was good. There were few choices for breakfast.

GGuest UserWe had a good time with a very bad start. First, the negative: beware that the hotel will charge you an extra fee when you get there! I was charged an additional $86 ”resort fee” when I arrived, and the guy next to me in line had an additional $540! Expect this hidden fee that they don't tell you about. Other than that we had a mostly positive experience. Most staff were very friendly (minus one lady working the water slides who wasn't very nice). The rooms were clean, nice, and big, with a few very small problems (a handle on the sink broken off, but still usable, and a partially broken switch for the fan in the bathroom which was also still usable). I put trash outside our room to be thrown out, and a day later when we left it still hadn't been removed. Overall the hotel is nice and the water park was a lot of fun, but the extra fees right when I arrived soured me on the experience.
