This hotel is a nice offering when needing to stay near the Knoxville airport. The hotel is clean and nice. The staff is friendly and efficient. The Bistro is typical of all Courtyards with a decent variety of selections. The only downside is that this hotel as well as everything across the highway from the airport is crossing the highway due a tremendous amount of vehicle traffic.

I stopped at this hotel thinking it was one of the other ones that has the same address. The owner gave me a great deal that I couldn't pass up. And made sure I got a 1st fl room due to my broken foot.

Every is good. Front desk staff is very polite and helpful. The location is best for traveler who arrive at the airport late at night. It has a covered walkway from the airport to the hotel. You will never get lost for sure. Once you arrive at the airport and pick your bag from the baggage claims, you will see a signpost to the hotel. Super convenient and safe. (Unfortunately, I visit this hotel when there’s kind of construction so the water is affected and unclean at that time. But I know if I visit here again at the right time, it will be very best experience)

After the airport shutdown due to a Winter snowstorm, and 24 hours spent sleeping on the floor of the airport (as all motel rooms were fully booked, hwy closed), and my flights were pushed forward another 2 days to Australia, I managed to book one of 3 remaining rooms at 3 am (for that evening). I called the staff at 7am and they came and picked me up on treacherous roads and welcomed me to breakfast and hot coffee whilst my room was cleaned. A most welcome experience after a cold night curled up on airport carpet! This hotel not only has incredibly friendly and helpful staff, but the rooms are clean, modern and more than comfortable. The bed was very, very good and all facilities above standard. Upon returning to the airport, I found out that many of the staff have been working all through the snowstorm not just for their customers, but for others in other hotels - southern hospitality at its best. I cannot recommend this place enough and will stay again when I return.

GGuest UserHotel was well kept and clean, the location you can tell was recently remodeled. Plenty of well lit parking, and even being close to an airport, could not hear planes taking off and landing. Only issue we had was a hot water temp problem.

GGuest UserWe stayed here as part of the Park Sleep Fly program the night before we flew to Orlando for a week-long stay. We scheduled the shuttle for 4 am on departure day, but when we got downstairs they informed us an employee had taken the keys home and there was no shuttle but that they had called a cab for a family leaving later and we could ride along. By the time the taxi got there, 3 groups needed a ride, but there weren’t enough seats, so one person had to sit in the trunk. We arrived at the airport about 30 min later than planned. The hotel staff told us that when we landed late at night the following weekend, we should just call the hotel to request for the shuttle to pick us up. We called, but no one answered after 20-30 rings. When I tried a few min later, someone answered and told me they didn’t have anyone else working that night, so I would need to find my own crack and they would Cover it. There were no taxis waiting since it was a late flight and the airport was essentially closed. We ended up having to book an Uber driver, which delayed us about 30 min, and we still had a 2 hour drive home. I definitely would not recommend using this hotel for that service. The rooms were fine, but the service was not good. We didn’t receive a parking pass until we remembered to ask for it, either. I booked here as a travel agent hoping I could recommend this hotel to my clients, but I definitely will NOT be recommending it.

JJohn ChurchillWas better than I expected. Lot of construction workers staying there so not alot of commotion. Was a little surprised by the planes landing. A little confused about the office as there is 3 different places but the person manning the desk most of the weekend was very nice and helpful.
