Mad hotel ever, Reception desk was saying there was no public toilets if guest already checked out Really can't take it It s not recommended to check in this hotel for any reason Struggling for waiting for a grab, wanted to go toilet...staff at front desk say it's meant only for Staff..... No hospitalilty at all,plus how the government can prove licensed to such organisations.

Hotel 99 Botanik Klang has a good location, surrounded by lots of eateries, cafes and convenient stores, just 5 minutes walking distance to my favourite India Gate Restaurent and GM Klang Wholesale Mall.
The accommodation was clean and comfortable, but the bedshits not so clean. Staffs were unfriendly. Roadside parking space available.

We went with a group of 35 people with prior arrangements made through their Manager Angie who was very very helpful and accomodating. Everything was swift and ready on check in at 12 midnight. the keys were ready with the air con remote control and rooms were all ready. truly impressed. their property is very ideal and super cosy. we love the motel type of accomodation and clean rooms. will surely come back again to stay here. thank you Angie and team for an excellent stay.

Mmohd nazriNice and comfortable. Front desk staff was very helpful. Even the guard is helpful. The parking lot is not so much but still can managed. Very clean and hygene. Room has water boiler. Has to bring own coffee and tea. Its ok. Bed and pillow was very comfortable. Aircond in good condition. Toilet is very clean and high srandard. Complete with tooh brush set for each guest. Budget hotel but like a 5 star standard. This is my 2nd time stayed at this hotel. Highly recommended.

AAnonymous Userlet me tell u, for the room soo good n comfy. but for surrounding it was ard 4 me. this is my 1st time in my life the hotel was so noisy.. not bcoz other roon but bcoz off hotel staff brought her kid, and the kids was so noisy.. i cant sleep at all. n the staff chatting so loud.. im in room but i can hear what they talking about..i wont be here again.. this is my 1st n the last.. what i know staff cannot bring her kid to work..

The shower water is hot enough, the water pressure is OK, the kettle in the room has a plastic smell, but there is a water dispenser near the counter. . . I stayed at a hotel without a hair dryer for the first time.

2. Cleanliness 4⭐️, only when I go out and when I return to the hotel there are leftovers on the bathroom floor, I'm not sure where the leftovers came from, 🤔
3. When booking through trip.com I booked a deluxe room with window but during check in they gave me a deluxe room without window, according to them it is not according to what we found, if there is no vacancy, I am very disappointed with that
