The sanitation of the hotel is really bad. bed. The floor is very unclean and the toilet is okay.
Hotel receptionist is not bad
The shower water is hot enough, the water pressure is OK, the kettle in the room has a plastic smell, but there is a water dispenser near the counter. . . I stayed at a hotel without a hair dryer for the first time.

• The room was spacious and thoughtfully designed, with everything we needed.
• The location is very convenient, right next to a mall with a connecting bridge.
• The air conditioning in the room was turned on in advance, so we entered a pleasantly cool room—much appreciated.
Areas for Improvement:
• The toilet door could be replaced. An auto-closing toilet door is inconvenient, especially if your hands are full.
• Carpark entrance instructions for hotel guests could be clearer.
Overall:
I would definitely stay here again!

AAnonymous Userlet me tell u, for the room soo good n comfy. but for surrounding it was ard 4 me. this is my 1st time in my life the hotel was so noisy.. not bcoz other roon but bcoz off hotel staff brought her kid, and the kids was so noisy.. i cant sleep at all. n the staff chatting so loud.. im in room but i can hear what they talking about..i wont be here again.. this is my 1st n the last.. what i know staff cannot bring her kid to work..
