The room was perfect. But service a bit confusing. We asked for room service 10 pm, we assume because of earthquake we never received our order. Fire alarm started 20 minutes after earthquake, we were confused if leaving rooms or not. The room was open while I was in a video call, then while I was in the shower, 2 times!!!! The lady wanted to see if I consumed beverages from minibar, but she could not understand I was busy. And she already checked the first time, I cannot understand why she opened for a second time. if we are allowed to leave room before 11 am, why is people disturbing at 8 and 9 am?

We recently staying in a jacuzzi suite. The room was large and clean with a jacuzzi. It was a great place to relax to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The food in the resturant was excellent. Parking is avalable under the hotel. Be aware that the staff does not habla English. The only two drawbacks to the hotel is it is on a one way street so you may need GPS to locate the hotel and it is not adviseable for people not to walk the neighborhood after dark. All and all it was a plesant stay and would stay here again

Good day I was hosted several days at the hotel mission toreo and I don't get tired of getting to that hotel for the attention of staff both of Alexis and Haydee at reception as well as of Jesus and Rodrigo in the transfer offered by the hotel thousand thanks to all for his attention

Good business Hotel. Good location in the Naucalpan area. Excellent service from Johana at bar/restaurant. Johana was extremely attentive and hospitable with us. Rooms are clean and staff is courteous. Breakfast buffet is average. Do recommend the Hotel. Dinner menu is extensive, good good and reasonably priced.

Location: The sign of the hotel is not very obvious. When I went to the exhibition, I stayed for 2 nights. There are many convenience stores around, but Chinese people should pay attention to safety when going there. I use Ctrip to take a taxi when I go out Facilities: One of the lights is broken, but I did not let the hotel repair it. There is a kitchen downstairs, so you can simply make it yourself. I love the view from the Terrace at the top of the hotel, also have food services all day, right in front of the square and take you if you need transport, definitely the leisure very well, The service was very good everyone are very kind, they made me feel like at home and safe for all their protocols, finally return!

Unfortunately I am not staying in the hotel but go every morning to the hotel’s restaurant for breakfast, and for ice latte in the afternoon. The staff is amazing! Friendly, polite, attentive! Green juice is fresh and tasty, cappuccino is great, just like ice latte. I had avocado toast with poached eggs for breakfast, which was perfectly prepared, got some fresh fruits before. Really healthy and tasty for a really good price. The restaurant looks nice and has a chic vibe! I will keep coming back until I’m here on vacation. I also go the the hotel’s gym every day which is very well equipped and clean, has a lot of space and types to free weights, cardio and weight machines to use.

The room is spacious and practical, and the service is friendly. However, the location is a bit messy in the suburbs, and the transportation is inconvenient. There is a traffic jam when you get in the car. You can't buy anything without taking a taxi when you go out. The restaurant downstairs is doing good business and the hotel occupancy rate is also very high, maybe because more people come to Toreo for business.

The room is very comfortable. The cleaning of the place is very good. The room is wide and very comfortable with enough facilities to support the traveler. TV channels are numerous. The hotel's services: gym, restaurant, cafeteria, bar, room service, auto check-in and ceiling parking are very functional. However, independent of the hotel services, I hope you can manage with the authorities to ensure that the nearby streets (on the return side) have better lighting, signals and better bathing.

Good service form people at front desk Jose Luis Martinez made a very good service as well as Julio. A bit of mantinance on the rooms, especialy electrical facilities, like ligths at the bathroom will help to make the stay more confortable
