I stayed in the suite for one more night before going back, and felt more comfortable.

Note the landing time in advance, and someone will pick you up on time after getting off the plane. Mare is not big overall, and it takes 10 minutes to drive there. The hotel is in a small alley and is quite congested. The room is clean, but it is very noisy and next to the bellows, so I didn't sleep well all night. My friend's room is much better. There are not many places to visit nearby, but you can walk to the beach in a few steps. For a one-night stay, just stay here. After checking in, the hotel will contact the hotel on the island. When we came back from shopping at around 8 pm, we were told that we would leave at 5:45 am the next day and take the earliest seaplane... I was a little frustrated. The hotel prepared breakfast for us, which was very simple and we didn't eat much. It was better to eat in the lounge of the seaplane. It's average, but there are no good hotels in Mare.

The staff were so helpful and friendly, the room was small but cozy, I enjoyed my accommodation there.

Before the trip, I saw that there were serious problems with transit hotels in Male, and many people fell into traps, so I paid special attention to the choice. Wu** Hotel is not far from the airport, and it takes 7 US dollars to get there by taxi (you can contact the hotel in advance for free airport pick-up). The hotel is quiet and hygienic, and there is no obvious odor (you will know what this odor is when you arrive in Male ~ unbearable ”fragrance”). The service attitude is very good! ! ! When we left the next morning, the hotel helped to call a car and paid the fare! (We took a taxi there ourselves when we went there). In short, it is recommended to choose as a transit hotel

This place is excellent. Location is just a walking distance from the ferry port. I can say our experience staying here is great. They contacted us in advance to check what time we will arrive. All their staffs are so nice and friendly. Our room was beautiful, clean and spacious and airconditoner is perfect. I almost dont wanna go out and just prefer staying in bed all day. We just ordered food for dinner through their room service and price of food is just almost the same if we will eat out. They have karaoke too which is really nice. Thank you also to their friendliest receptionists. I will definitely come back. I attached a photo of their restaurant. This one is really nice in person.

It seemed to have increased later. 🙁 The streets in Male are too narrow, the sidewalks are very cramped, and there are motorcycles and electric vehicles everywhere, which is very depressing. Fortunately, I went to Naifaro Island the next day, and the sea and sky were immediately wide open. I recommend this island. The island is about 100 kilometers north of Male. It takes about 2 hours and 45 minutes to arrive by speedboat at 8 o'clock in the morning. It was sunny and calm that day. The speedboat can take more than 30 people. The one-way ticket booked by the hotel on the island is 60 US dollars. It is said that it only costs 40 US dollars to buy it yourself, but I don’t know where to buy it? ! ! ! This island is inhabited. The beaches and roads are very natural, with no traces of human modification. There are no high-rise buildings. There is a small supermarket, about ten restaurants, and a school. There is a big tree at the school gate, where you can cool off (it is very hot here). There is also a diving shop and a turtle nursery that treats injured turtles. Local and European environmental protection organization staff explain marine life knowledge and the impact of humans on nature. They are all sincere, so they speak very well. I stayed at the ”One Island Hotel The island is very clean and only costs more than 500 RMB. There are domestic flights for 150 USD/30 minutes and seaplanes for 250 USD/30 minutes, but they all seem to take off from Male in the afternoon. I participated in an activity to watch manta rays on the island. I set off in the morning and the speedboat drove for more than ten minutes to reach the designated sea area. I saw them immediately. They are very cute and friendly to humans. They are like children. They will circle around humans and swim to you head-on. It is strictly forbidden to touch them. They will never come here again if they are frightened. You can watch them on the boat or snorkel and play with them. It costs 70 USD per person and there are at least 2 people in a group. This hotel was for overnight stay next morning I transferred to an island resort. The hotel offers free airport pickup service, and the staffs were politely and friendly. Free breakfast is normal no much choice but can’t complain about this cos it is a small hotel. The hotel is just in front of an artificial beach, the sunset is so beautiful just in front it, amazing location!

I have no idea why this property has such a low rating. It is a budget accommodation ffs. Rooms aren’t new, but clean, shower has good pressure and hot water, staff is smiling and helpful, speed of internet is enough for general use, like YouTube. I suspect that people hat choose this place are so poor that expect 5* hotel for this money. This is the cheapest in Male, this isn’t Thailand or Kuala Lumpur. Why would you try to hurt this business is beyond me. Don’t look at it through your cheap fake ray bans. Have a broader view, and remember where you are. Be greatful a bit.
