Good location nice spacious room friendly effecient staff

What a lovely place, it’s a family oriented apartment with modern decoration touch. I booked 3 bedrooms apartment and it was brand new, clean and fancy. Each room with its toilet. PROS: - huge apartments - privacy is so high - free parking - free coffee and water in the reception - friendly staff - apartment is so clean and well organized This place is highly recommended.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa and I must say, it was a truly splendid experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm and friendly service that made me feel instantly welcomed. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the exceptional service provided by the executive housekeeper, Mr. Gagandeep Chugh. His attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my comfort were truly commendable. His professionalism and kindness made my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms at the hotel were incredibly comfortable, with beds that were like sleeping on a cloud. I must admit, the comfort was so amazing that I found it difficult to wake up early enough to try the breakfast buffet. However, I have no doubt that it would have been as delightful as the rest of my stay. The location of the hotel is also worth mentioning. Situated along the beautiful Messilah Beach, the views were breathtaking. Whether it was lounging by the pool or taking a stroll along the beach, there was always a sense of tranquility and relaxation. Overall, my experience at Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa was nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Kuwait. Thank you to Mr. Chugh and the entire staff for making my stay truly unforgettable.

Excellent Service at Radisson Kuwait – Special Thanks to Roshan! We recently attended an event at the Conference Hall in Radisson Blu Kuwait in February 2025, and the experience was outstanding. A special shout-out to Roshan, who went above and beyond to assist with logistics and classroom setup. His professionalism, helpful attitude, and attention to detail made our event smooth and stress-free. He is truly a great asset to the team! I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received during my recent stay at your hotel. Given the prestigious reputation of the Grand Hyatt brand, I expected a high level of professionalism and hospitality, but unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of frustrating and unacceptable. 1. Unprofessional and Arrogant Staff One of the most shocking aspects of my stay was the attitude of your staff. Instead of being welcoming and courteous, they displayed an unprofessional and condescending demeanor, making it clear that guest satisfaction was not a priority. Their arrogance and lack of basic customer service skills created an unwelcoming atmosphere that no guest should have to endure. 2. Incompetence and Delayed Responses Even the simplest requests took an unreasonable amount of time to be fulfilled, and when I followed up, I was met with indifference and a complete lack of urgency. It is clear that your team is either poorly trained or simply does not care about delivering a five-star experience. 3. Service Quality That Does Not Reflect a Five-Star Hotel When guests pay premium prices for a luxury hotel, they expect an experience that aligns with those standards. However, what I encountered was disorganization, inefficiency, and a complete disregard for basic hospitality principles. The service I received would barely be acceptable in a budget motel, let alone a Grand Hyatt property. 4. Damaging the Hotel’s Reputation If this level of service continues, it will undoubtedly tarnish the hotel’s reputation and discourage future guests from booking. In today’s digital age, where online reviews heavily influence travelers’ decisions, neglecting customer satisfaction is a serious mistake that will have lasting consequences. Given the severity of these issues, I demand immediate action to improve service quality and retrain staff on how to properly interact with guests. If no improvements are made, I will ensure that my experience is shared across multiple review platforms, warning other travelers about the substandard service at your establishment.

Layer is very good, rooms are a little old, rooms were forgotten to clean. Otherwise service is very good. The front office manager is very engaged, very good. He gave me many recommendations for excursions, restaurants, etc. Breakfast was excellent. Walk in shower is? excellent. I didn't have dinner. In the afternoon there were various chocolates to test. Pool service is also very friendly Service in the evening excellent and very friendly. I can recommend the hotel very much, The fitness centre is very well equipped with many devices. I liked it well. If I come back I would book the hotel in Kuwait again. Price performance is very good.
