The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes from Wako station and within walking distance of the airport bus pickup point for both Narita and Haneda airports. I booked a non-smoking single room. The room is compact but efficiently designed, as is typical of most Japanese hotels. Interestingly, it features a double bed along with a small extra bed suitable for a child. The hotel is clean, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and responsible, offering helpful recommendations during my stay. Complimentary amenities such as facial masks and pajamas are provided. Breakfast includes a satisfying Japanese-style selection: miso soup, eggs, salad, Japanese curry and coffee. The hotel offers excellent value for its price, and I would gladly stay here again with my family on a future visit.

首都圏観光の際、大人2人と幼児（４歳、２歳）の計４人でツインルーム（24.2m2）利用しました。 　室内については、当初4人では狭いかなと想定していましたが、洗面場所とベットルームの間の壁がなく開放的で、実際の平米より広く感じました（必要な時には仕切れるようロールスクリーンがうまく活用されていました）。 　また、部屋全体に清潔感があり、快適に過ごせました。バストイレ別なのも良かったです。 　部屋のカードキーが２枚いただけ、ホテル周辺へ出掛ける際も不便なく過ごせました。 　フロントにコーヒーの無料サービスがあり、朝食も美味しく大変満足できました。 　ホテル周辺には、食事処が沢山あり、ファミレス、コンビニ、ドラッグストア、アミューズメント施設（カラオケ・ビリヤード）等、一通り揃っています。ホテルの建物は複合施設となっていて1〜3Fに衣料品やレストランなどショップがあり、買い物も便利です。 　アクセス性については、地下鉄有楽町線の始発駅に直結しており、都内各所への利便性が良いです。豊洲など臨海副都心へ一本で行けるところも魅力的だと思いました。 　このホテルを選んで良かったです。また利用したいと思います。

The private room was spacious and the cleaning service was very good. I also appreciate that the bath and toilet are separate. What's more, we were able to use the sauna and public bath for free, which was great.

Since I'm familiar with classical music, there are many guests who stay at concerts and concerts. There is a quiet place near every city, where you can see Mt. Fuji beautiful from rooms and elevator hall. From a room where you can use the banquet on the 22nd floor, west Tokyo can see the Chichibu Mountains. All Toyoko Inn hotels include breakfast, but the curry at this hotel was especially delicious. However, the area where you can eat is very small and there are few seats, so it gets very crowded at breakfast time. It might be better to bring your own food to your room. There are some menu items, such as sandwiches, that you can easily bring to your room, and paper cups and paper tableware are also available.

A few minutes walk from Kita-Asaka Station and Asakadai Station. Takeout restaurants such as Matsuya, Matsunoya, and McDonald's are also nearby. There is also a family restaurant under the hotel. Rooms and services are generally good. It was a room on the Musashino Line side. Freight trains run even at night, so you can hear a little noise. On weekdays, during the morning rush hour, announcements on the microphone inside the station can be heard in the room, so if you are sensitive to such small sounds, it may be difficult to get a room on the Musashino Line side.

It is about 900 meters away from Nakamura Bridge subway station in Nerima District. There are two straight roads. There are many small restaurants on both sides of the small road out of the subway station. There is also a supermarket selling food and daily necessities, as well as a FamilyMart. The room is very small. In addition to the bed, a three-layer metal rack for clothes, and a desk, it can only accommodate one person. The bed seems to be 1.5 meters long and can sleep two people. The quilt is very thin. It was only 5 degrees on the night I arrived. Because the window had to pass the wifi line, there was a gap that was not closed tightly, and there was always cold wind coming in. The air conditioner was aging and there was no hot air. The next day, I asked the boss to add a quilt to the bed, and it was warm. It is also close to the main road. Because the road is paved with gravel and asphalt, it is very noisy. The next day, I bought a second-hand head-mounted noise-cancelling headset to solve the problem of sound interference. The corridor and the room are very clean. Because the corridor is high, you must change your shoes when you go up (there are shared slippers in the entrance). The boss comes to mop the corridor early every morning, which is very clean. The entrance hall also serves as a shared kitchen, which has a large refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, gas stove, kettle, water heater, vegetable sink, and wash basin. It is very convenient. I put breakfast and milk in the refrigerator every night and heat them in the microwave the next day. It is difficult to contact in advance. I can only send a text message in the system on the day of arrival to know the room. There is no one at the front desk, but when I went to open the door of the room, the boss's son came out in time and said: Slippers are optional, the bathroom is on the left and the toilet is on the right, and you can call him if you need anything. The boss also sent a plate of welcome candies the next day and chatted with me. He was quite easygoing.
