You can choose whether the front desk is self-service or manned. The bath has a completely secure entrance where you can receive the key at the front desk, the locker has a key, there are 3 places to wash your body, and although there is no indoor bath, there is a sauna (Self-Low Ryu) and 1 open-air bath, so the temperature is comfortable and you can relax. . The room is a twin. The bed is big. The space between the bed and bed was spacious, and the furniture was in calm colors, making it look like a foreign room. There were convenience stores in the surrounding area, so I thought the surrounding environment was good.

Nearby are the University of Tsukuba, Tsukuba University Hospital, NTT Tsukuba Science R&D Center, and the Institute of Disaster Prevention Science and Technology. We have a spacious parking space for 3 cars, and are well-equipped and easy to use.

The hot spring is the hotel main building with 5 washrooms and 5 bathtubs. The annex Tsukuba hot water is the 10th place in the washroom, and it is small, but it is an open-air bath and a sauna. It is a pity that it cannot be used in the morning. Breakfast is more than average. Dinner is not bad but the amount is small. At least it is good to have rice in the cherry blossoms, but it is difficult to ask because it is refillable. The slipper stop clip is a good idea. 千葉県に所用があって家族で出かけましたが、コロナウイルスによる緊急事態宣言下でしたので、宿泊するのは諦めて長野県に帰る途中で泊まることにしましたが、千葉から近く緊急事態宣言が出ていないところと言うので、つくば市に泊まることになりました。高速道路のインターチェンジから近く、研究学園駅の隣と言うことでアプローチもわかりやすくて、非常に助かりました。スタンダードツインを２室利用しましたが、２台のベッドも広く清潔で気持ちよく泊まれました。 夕食は、ホテル内の和食（わだ家）でとりました。日曜日は混み合うので予約した方が良いとチェックイン時にフロントで言われましたので個室を予約してもらいました。他を気にせず家族で和気藹々で美味しくいただきました。おすすめのしゃぶしゃぶは絶品でした。朝食はイタリアンレストランのLa Portaでバイキング形式でしたがコロナ対策もしっかりしてあり気持ちよく食事できました。

Hot springs: There is an open air! if you are willing to! You can go to the bubble 24 hours a day! And very few people! One word: cool! GGuest UserStayed here one night on a business trip, room was large by Japanese standards and clean. Staff was super-helpful and friendly. Lopcation is 2 minute walk from train station and 5 minute walk from a nice park and the Tsukuba Space Center. My only complaint is that the breakfast is pretty inedible and way overpriced at $10. Walk 1 minute next door to the Starbucks or Mister Donut.

Since I booked on that day, I should have paid extra after I arrived at the hotel, but the store manager knew that I had made a mistake and not only did he not ask me to pay extra, he also continued to use the November 14th reservation. As for breakfast, others write it, but because it is about cold food, I think you can eat a lot if you don't expect the taste. About 5 kinds of side dishes every day, is it salad 1 〜 2 kinds? I thought it would be a little more delicious if I could warm it up a little more overall. It's cold. You can eat in the room, so you can prepare a box for lunch and have a sense of security. Popular menu is often sold out after 8:30 々. Sometimes curry comes out, but it's not every day. If you think you're going to eat the next day, you'll eat it. . . Watch out. As for rice, the hotel next door was better. . . I think it's that way because it's higher there. The room was cheaper to smoke, so I stayed in the smoking room. I didn't care about the smell, but I was a little worried about the smell that I stained in the futon and pillow because it was a non-smoker even if I sprayed the spray with the room. Naturally, if you can't smell cigarettes, I think you can't smoke the smoking room. The bed is large, and I can't afford to spread the carry bag on the floor. There was a humidifier and it was saved. My husband was attending a conference at the adjacent conference center. I wasn't sure what to expect of this hotel from reading reviews. Overall the hotel is ”no frills” but I truly enjoyed my stay. The weather was lovely, so I opened the window at times to enjoy the air. Since it was not very hot outside, I did not miss AC which some reviewers mentioned as an issue. The only breakfast offered was a Japanese style breakfast and it was delicious! Always a fish and rice. Always miso soup with various toppings and always some form of seaweed. there were pickled veggies of all sorts depending on the morning. And often another form of protein such as beef or chicken or eggs as a side dish. Tea and coffee was great and all the juices. I absolutely loved the breakfasts and it filled me up until dinner time. Choose one of the larger sized rooms. Ours was on the small side but due to the thoughtful layout, it worked quite well for the two of us. The water pressure of the shower was fantastic and bath salts are provided if one likes baths. The bed, carpet and furnishings are outdated but in perfect condition and we found the mattress quite comfortable. One of the pillows was a traditional Japanese style which I tried and slept extremely well using it! It was easy to walk to everything using the bicycle path and I enjoyed the tree lined walk to the train station. I would definitely stay again!

CcurrytendonIn the Showa period, when the science Expo was held, it was the highest hotel in Tsukuba. There are some more cutting-edge clean hotels now, but the old-fashioned character is not lost. The first class is first class, such as the correspondence of the attendant at the front desk and the breakfast hall. However, the facilities themselves were old, and the carpet of the floor which was peeled off, the bathtub shower water plug, the western toilet seat which was not the shower toilet, and the door which opened and closed with a large key instead of auto lock were regrettable. The room is large and the building is a luxurious space that cannot be in business. The breakfast content is also very good, such as salad with many types. Personally, Ibaraki was expected to be a strong natto with a thick taste, but it was pack natto.

SsevendreamI stayed with my master in a special room (Japanese style room) with an open-air bath. I went by car. When I entered the hotel, I could see the Kanto plain from the window of the lobby in front, and I was impressed! If the weather is good, you can see Mt. Fuji and the sky tree. Overall, I was very satisfied. I want to go again. Details are as follows. Good place::1 The room was large, clean, bright, modern interior and facilities, and I was impressed.2 The glass inner bath was large and easy to use. 3 The open-air bath on the veranda was also roofed, so it was okay even if it was raining. I enjoyed it very much! 4 I had dinner in a large private room. The dishes were satisfactory in taste and quantity.5 The employees had a mask and a face shield, and there was a disinfectant in each place, and there was a sense of security against corona. Unfortunately 1 I parked the car just in front of the hotel, but there is no roof, so it is inconvenient when it rains. 2 The appearance of the hotel, the front desk and the lobby are old. 3 The store was plain and I didn't care if I went to see it.4 There is no slipper to wear in the room. The renewal room was clean and there were many tricks for children to enjoy. There was a game corner near the front desk, where I could enjoy nostalgic video games and bring board games to my room to play. The room was made into a family suite with bunk beds. There were also children's toys and toothbrushes. The children's clothes in the hall were in the elevator hall on the front floor. It was good with a separate type. There were many local foods and all were delicious. Personally, I liked the breakfast cherry blossoms and yams for the first time. The night noodles were also delicious.
