The location is very remote, not near the hot spring street, so the transportation is very inconvenient. If you don't drive, you can only take the shuttle bus or ask the front desk to help call a taxi. Then because we came during the off-season, there should not be many guests in the entire hotel, so the service staff is also extremely limited. After arriving, all the restaurants were fully booked for dinner, and there was only one person at the spa, and I couldn't make an appointment... If you can't eat in the restaurant, you can only find a way by yourself, because it is too remote and there is nothing around! There is also the front desk for checking in. Wow, I finally saw a service that is different from other places in Japan these few days! It's better to say it's disrespectful than indifferent, but I feel that they shouldn't care that we think their service is not good. As for hotel facilities, the room is relatively spacious and the hot spring is also good.

The room was large and quiet so I was able to spend a comfortable time! The staff were very friendly and I was able to enjoy my trip to Hokkaido without any inconvenience. Is the fireworks display lifted in various places this year? However, the fireworks in Toya here are the best! You can see it from your room, and if you want to experience more powerful fireworks, you can move to the lakeside to see it! (I was satisfied with the fireworks from the room ..) There is a little distance to the city, but I personally didn't particularly care. I definitely want to come next year!

The log house includes breakfast and dinner. It faces the lake directly and you can enjoy the view from the room and bathroom. When you wake up in the morning, you can watch the sunrise while lying in bed. The food is an unexpected highlight. I thought that this kind of holiday homestay is just to eat a full meal, but the dinner for two days was a full set of Western food. The main dishes were wagyu and pork, both of which were amazing. Appetizers, salads, fish, soups, desserts, and after-meal drinks are all available, and the quality is surprising. The breakfast is Japanese, which is also very good. I think these two meals alone are worth half of the room fee. Finally, let me talk about the disadvantages: it is about 3 kilometers away from the hot spring town, and it is inconvenient to walk on the road, so you need to take a taxi. Other than that, I think it is perfect

Yes, I lived with my mother. It was very spacious and cleaned. We went to Hot Spring Street and there was no bus at night. We made an appointment with the boss and could pick us up at night. Next to the accommodation is the gate of the crater hiking route, and we also went to go. It is also very close to Lake Toya by bus, and a few stops are there, as if it costs 160 yen. The boss also gave a ticket to the Wanshige hot spring. It costs 500 yen for one person. The boss should know the people at the Wanshige Hotel. The people outside there cost 3,500 yen to soak. I feel that I have earned it. I have been soaking for two days. It’s great to soak in the lake on the terrace when it’s not dark. However, it should be noted that cash is collected, if the cash is not enough to go to the 711 on Hot Spring Street to withdraw money, the visa card can withdraw cash.

The hotel is very clean. The rooms on the second floor and the dining hall on the first floor. The pork chop curry rice is quite delicious. There are many people waiting in line outside. It is a small and exquisite hotel. The Lake Toya fireworks are not as good as the New Year fireworks in a small county.
