Really cheap. There is no room key or card, so you need to call the front desk to ask the staff to open and close the door. This may not be acceptable to everyone. The room is large and the bathtub with massage function is also large. For breakfast, you need to reserve the menu and delivery time through the menu on the room TV. When the time comes, a staff member will deliver breakfast to the cabinet next to the room door and ring the doorbell to notify you. The hotel is next to the highway, with free parking. There are several hotels nearby, but there are only two large restaurants nearby. One of them was too crowded and had to queue up. There are no supermarkets, shopping malls, or drugstores nearby, so it's relatively quiet.

枕が低くてフロントのスタッフにもう一つほしいと伝えたところ、持ってきますと言いながらほかの客のクレジットカード対応で後から部屋まで送ってくると思ってチェックアウトまで持ってこなかったです。ナイトテーブルの電気だけ付けたいところ部屋全部のライトに連動されて消すと全部消灯になるからしょうがなく一晩中テレビつけっぱなしでした。こんなのビジネスホテルは初めてです。おそらくラブホテルから改装されたかなと思います。あとめちゃくちゃ乾燥でエアコンつけるとさらに増して消すと寒い。。部屋の広さと朝食だけ良いかなぁ。もう利用しないと思います。

This was my first time staying at this hotel near Osaka Itami Airport. It's a bit far from the airport, about a 15-minute walk, and I was tired at night, so I took a taxi, but they said they had a shuttle bus! I felt a bit cheated, but next time I'll use the shuttle bus, and the transportation is convenient, so I think this will be my choice of accommodation for business trips in the future (^^)

The stay at the hotel was pleasant. Negatives: - The room was a bit on the small side. It is quite difficult to open a travel suitcase in the room itself. The room's narrow entrance requires some coordination to enter with a suitcase. - When using the toilet we received an unpleasant surprise (clogged drain). However, we could count on the good service of the hotel clerk. Pros: - excellent service from the hotel clerk. - excellent location if you have booked a domestic flight. - many shops and restaurants in the airport - the sky deck provides peace and quiet

I stayed here on a business trip in Kansai. It's very close to Senri Chuo Station on the subway and monorail, and is conveniently located with both Itami Airport and Shin-Osaka Station within 15 minutes. The hotel has an old, worn-out image. The air conditioning is centrally controlled and cannot be switched between hot and cold, so even at 10 degrees, it only cooled (fan?). However, although the hotel has a historic feel, the room was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, so I had no inconveniences.

Location is great for someone who need to go to the airport. It’s like 10 mins walk to Itami airport (ITM). The room is spacious. Bathroom is also huge with a lot of amenities. Just keep in mind this is a love hotel :)

Very nice spacious hotel room. Staff were very friendly and helpful even though we didn't speak Japanese they were able to translate for us. 24hr room service, can order meals for half the price in store. Older style hotel but very clean. Depending on the room you choose, some have snooker tables others have slot machines etc. Will stay here again if I visit Japan.

It was a lot of amenities and I was able to relax quite slowly. It was a distance to walk from the airport if I tried my best. I would like to use it again.

My plan was to return to Fukuoka from Yamagata via Itami, but I couldn't catch the Fukuoka flight from Itami, so I ended up staying in Itami unexpectedly. I was able to make a reservation after it was decided that my flight would be delayed. It looks close to the airport on the map, but it's a bit far if you walk. I was told that the hotel will pick you up from the rotary at Itami Airport until 10pm, so I requested a pick-up service, which the hotel graciously accepted. Considering the age of the hotel? I can't say it's beautiful, but I think the cost performance was good. In addition to tea and coffee, there was also instant miso soup, which I was grateful for. They will also take you to the airport in the morning. We will wait in the lobby and depart every 20 minutes.

The location is very convenient. The hotel is not far from Itami Airport and there are restaurants nearby. The room is very large and very comfortable for one person. There is a Kinoshita facility in the airport that is convenient for nucleic acid testing for returning home, so I stayed for three nights and checked out after getting the results within 48 hours. It was very comfortable.
