I stayed in a single room at the end of the year. The building is undergoing major repairs, so there is scaffolding and netting all over the building, so you can't expect a good view. (Maybe that's why it was so cheap?) I stayed here for work. It was a good distance from the work site and the price was more reasonable than the surrounding hotels, so it was great. I had no problems and was able to relax.
