Family trip in northern Italy. Very nice hotel, charming location, in the center of a nature reserve. Very quiet. Pleasant pool with direct access from the rooms. Parking adjacent to the rooms. The rooms are designed as a gallery with wooden stairs to the top floor. The air conditioner was very weak and the gallery floor was quite hot. Due to the location also a lot of mosquitoes. Not bad wireless internet in the rooms. Breakfast is very basic but adequate. The rooms are very clean and a pleasant country atmosphere. 25 minutes' drive from Malpensa airport. Extremely reasonable prices. Recommended for those who intend to walk around the area.

Very good property in the middle of a quiet neighborhood. Public transportation access is limited, river Ticino can be seen if you drive 10-15km toward it. The township was previously industrial storage facilities geared, municipal reinvestment is required in base infrastructure.

Stayed overnight for our early flight home to the US. Front desk person was very efficient and kind. The room was particularly large for an European hotel—great mattress. Very clean. Helpful staff. Great place if you need a no frills, clean and comfortable place to stay while overnighting. Hotel has a free shuttle but a reservation is a must. Didn’t know that but they went out of their way to accommodate. Definitely mail use again if needed for this purpose.

Excellent hotel. Was a saviour when we arrived after midnight. Called reception & they organized a pick up from terminal 2 at €25. Free shuttle before 12noon back to airport very good. Highly recommend the place

We stayed here our last night in Italy to be close to the airport and make the next morning as easy as possible. This place was great. You just call the shuttle to pick you up when you need and schedule your time to take it on the return trip when you check in. Nice breakfast offering, and there’s a good restaurant open on the corner for a late dinner. The night we stayed (Wednesday) they were open until 10:30. Would definitely recommend for the value. Very affordable and the staff were very friendly. Clean rooms and good water pressure.

A civilized haven after an awful experience. A stylish, welcoming and luxurious hotel despite check in receptionist being rather abrupt and aloof. Room very comfortable but air con too hot for us UK people..it is as hot at night as we get in summer during the day ! I was eventually assisted to get to the Arctic temperature of 16.5 ! Meal in restaurant was very good, service especially ! Lady serving in the bar was amazing...a real asset to the company ! A professional, someone who can speak to everyone, have fun and keep everyone happy..a real gem ! I will definitely stay here again, it was a real pleasure.

Pessimo. Prenotiamo un pernottamento e concordiamo l'orario di arrivo (tardo pomeriggio, 18.00), dopo una giornata insensa i bambini (1 e 3 anni) stanchissimi richiedono di cenare e riposarsi prestino. Purtroppo però al nostro arrivo alle 18.00 ci viene detto che la nostra sistemazione non è ancora pronta. Chiediamo indicativamente quanto dobbiamo aspettare e alla reception ci dicono 15/30 minuti, usciamo e intratteniamo i bambini in auto per una mezz'ora, riproviamo, saliamo e le pulizie non sono ancora finite. Chiediamo alle signore addette e ci dicono ancora una ventina di minuti. Facendo il prima possibile sono riuscite a darci l'appartamentino alle 19.15. All'interno troviamo una situazione mal organizzata, stoviglie, bicchieri, tazze tutte diverse e 3 di numero, noi una famiglia di 4 persone (dichiarata prenotando), ci siamo aggiustati per non dire altro... Si, anche il più piccolo mangia come tutti. Troviamo persino 3 sedie contate al tavolo della cucina.. Non uno Scottex o tovaglioli, non un detersivo anche piccolo e a disposizione di tutti gli ospiti per lavare i due piatti che si sporcano necessariamente per mangiare, nulla. Nulla nemmeno di confezionato per la colazione (solo n. 3 bustine di te/tisana). Sicuramente non torneremo, siamo rimasti delusi e il prezzo richiesto non ha alcun senso. Consigliamo caldamente di rivedere l'organizzazione generale, dall'interno dell'appartamento che pare essere un posto dove mettere cosa non si usa più e non fa per niente bella figura, all'organizzazione delle pulizie ai piani (assolutamente non riferito alle signore addette che molto gentilmente hanno capito le nostre necessità con i bambini) in quanto non è possibile che alle 18.00 passate non sia pulito un appartamento, pur avendo indicato l'orario di arrivo ed avendo confermato in mattinata telefonicamente. Forse se il numero di addetti alle pulizie non bastano è il caso di aumentarlo.

This family-owned hotel is not glamorous but is nicely furnished with spotless, well maintained rooms. Bed linens are nice with comforters matching the draperies, tall windows that give an air of spaciousness. Our room opened onto the paved courtyard which is gated to the street. Bath towels are generously sized and the bathroom was also spotless. This was not a large room (we had a twin) but it had a built in luggage rack, desk, tall wardrobe and also hooks on the wall for coats. NIghtstands with sconces over them were by each bed. The family work hard to meet requests and make guests comfortable. Restaurant portions are generous; we found we could not hold a primi and a secondi as the pastas and risottos were so ample. The restaurant uses good quality ingredients and does not attempt things they cannot handle so while the meals are comforting and delicious they are good basic “mama” cooking. I am a tough “grader” so gave it a four because it is not grand but it is very comfortable and very, very reasonable. It is a five for value.
