Self check in was possible (though I was offline, so opted for standard check in). Great staff. The studio was spacious, clean, with all the amenities I needed. Bed and pillows were very compfy. Wifi was available for free. Self check out was simple.

Embora não fique muito próxima ao lago, tem o benefício de ficar num bairro muito tranquilo, com várias opções de estacionamento gratuito. Quarto e banheiro super espaçosos com muitos lugares para colocar malas e roupas. O café da manhã simplesmente perfeito. Tudo fresco, de alta qualidade e preparado com muito cuidado pela Tati, que é uma pessoa muito simpática e atenciosa. Tivemos dias maravilhosos com bastante conforto.

DDiane MOf all the hotels we stayed at on our tour of Lake Como BELVEDERE WAS THE BEST - the Receptionist was so welcoming and after booking us in gave us a tour. Nothing was too much for this lovely lady. We were in Room 18 which was spacious and comfortable. The views were magnificent - the best views of any hotel we've ever stayed. Breakfast was fabulous - a brilliant selection. Now the only downside, there were no tea making facilities in our room but everything else made this a very minor issue. Highly recommend this lovely hotel with stunning views & such helpful staff.

what i want to stress the most is that the view from my lakeview room is stunning. i believe it has the best view out of all the hotels in Bellagio given its location and altitude. With the room, view and service we got, it is safe to say it has the greatest value for money out all my 9-day stay in Italy.

Nous avons apprécié : - La taille de l'appartement #4. - Sa propreté et la qualité de sa rénovation. - La localisation de la Résidence. La présence de deux TV et d'un climatiseur. Nous avons déploré : - L'accès à l'intérieur de l'immeuble, très mal sécurisé. Il nous est arrivé de pouvoir entrer en plein jour sans badge ou sans clé. - L'isolation phonique médiocre, tant par rapport à la rue qu'entre les appartements voisins ou supérieurs. Des résidents ou touristes mal élevés nous ont réveillés plus d'une fois en pleine nuit en parlant bruyamment. C'est inadmissible. - La salle de douche spacieuse mais dont l'agencement laisse à désirer. Peu de place pour ranger ses affaires de toilette. Aucun verre à dent. Nous avons dû utiliser les tasses prévues pour les boissons chaudes. L'éclairage y est de piètre qualité, mal orienté. - La VMC est efficace mais excessivement bruyante. Elle ne fonctionne pas en mode discret en continu, simplement avec l'éclairage de la salle d'eau. - L'absence de consignes de départ. Nous avons donc laissé les clés sur la table de l'appartement. - Il est annoncé à tort que le B&B dispose d'un parking. La solution la plus proche convient cependant, à 25 € la journée.

Rooms basic but spotless (no kettle but they will make you a tea or coffee just go to reception and ask) location next to a bus stop, supermarket you can see from hotel and its 24/7 and very reasonable! Town is 10 minutes down the road as is the lake! Literally cannot praise this hotel enough! Breakfast is continental.

GGuest UserNous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel à l'automne. L'expérience fut plutôt positive mais quelques petits détails viennent un peu assombrir le tableau. La bonne nouvelle, c'est qu'ils peuvent être gommés assez facilement. Il manque quelques crochets ou porte-manteaux pour pouvoir faire sécher les vêtements humides après une randonnée sous la pluie, d'autant que le chauffage n'est pas des plus efficace... Il manque des tentures capables de bloquer la lumière du jour pour ne pas être réveillé au lever du soleil (qui passe à travers les volets qui ne ferment pas bien... ). Dans un pays de café comme l'Italie, des sachets de ”Nescafé” dans la chambre, c'est moyen... La literie pourrait être plus confortable (matelas et oreillers très durs)... Le vin de la maison est à éviter... Bref, ce genre de détails qui peuvent facilement être améliorés. A part ça, l'hôtel dispose d'un parking vaste et accessible, ce qui n'est pas forcément le cas partout au lac de Côme. La situation est aussi un gros plus : on est au calme en dehors de la ville mais proche de tout. Un sentier permet même de rejoindre le centre du village en 30 minutes. Enfin, le petit déjeuner dispose de sucré et salé pour contenter tout le monde.

But we must be honest, there is a lot to work on the structure ... Room sold as superior but the superiors are far from it. No TV in the room and this is serious for me if you sell a 'superior' for almost €100 a night. Bad soundproofing, you could also hear the snoring of the rooms next door ... Very inconvenient the fact that it is on a third floor without a lift and therefore only stairs, and at the end of the day it is really hard, impossible for families with prams or the handicapped. Poorly maintained entrance door on the street, it borders the service door of a restaurant / bar that gives off strong smells at all hours. Appreciated the coffee maker in the room and the water, but this does not enhance the structure itself. The bidet leaked, an air conditioner mounted on the kitchen hood with drain pipe in the sink of the same. For a room sold as a Superior at almost €100 a night I would say absolutely not...Ok the cleaning and telephone courtesy of the staff (I say telephone since we have never met the owners for obvious personal reasons, nor is there a reception). to say that they were very courteous in leaving the room for us even after check-out time without a supplement, truly a convenience for those who visit and then return before leaving.

we have an amazing service from a very kind & caring staff i started with a a lasagna with pesto wich was insanely sweet even my buddy stole some, then i followed with a tagliatelle with mashrooms mmm! (you must taste to understand😋). my buddy took e sliced beef & mashroom of course i thief some taste was so goo we spent less than many other restaurants, we thanks for everything will be back soon!
