I don't know whether or not management has changed, but I stayed there for the dead bridge 2024 and I have to say that I was super-satisfactory: Modern room, comfortable bed (as requested), bathroom in excellent conditions, clean bedroom, some graphics and humidity signs on the walls but generally good conditions Acceptance Check-in in fact without problems in late afternoon, check-out also simple and in both cases very nice personal and Professional Cost Although booked at the last during a holiday period, the price was excellent Considering the average price in Bolzano (170€). Frokost and parking are payable, however, being close to the center, there are many options for parking on the street and walking 10min you can already find the first bars open early in the morning. Negative comments One bad thing, the climate is centralized and we didn't know how to lower it in the evening. When I asked in the reception in the morning, they told us that we just called them and they would have fixed it. Conclusion I repeat I don't know if the management has changed, but the hotel was in excellent conditions and I thank the sky for not reading the reviews before booking (which I usually do EVER but for the sake I forgot this time - if I would certainly not have booked here and I would have returned a lot of money since the experience was at last very little).
