perfect for the night before flying out from Malpensa. can load luggage directly on to the car and drive off. With a lot of privacy too. service also very good and fast. Hotel is new. quiet at night. breakfast very basic but ok.

The train is just opposite, crossing the road, very convenient, go out and turn right and go straight for about 100 meters to the local neighborhood, there are eating and shopping, very convenient, there is also an Oriental convenience store on the side of the hotel, there are also many black people here! Traveling is more convenient and safe! The hotel has no service, maybe Europe is this kind of self-service, breakfast in addition to bread and biscuits and eggs, no vegetables! The food is too general, the hotel is good! The waiter also confiscated the tip!

L' Albergo Italia a Novara è un hotel storico, si trova praticamente al centro della citta', vicino all'ospedale ( non si mai) nella hall e nel bar con piano forte il mobilio è quello antico e si respira atmosfere di altri tempi. I muri sono rivestiti di legno e tessuti damascati... purtroppo pecca pulizia nelle stanze sotto a letto c'era polvere, le tende macchiate, il bagno in ordine ma datato, nei corridoi moquette da sostituire... basterebbe una rinfrescata generale, rivedere le toilette delle stanze per far rinascere questo albergo stile ” d'essai”... un plauso va ai dipendenti del servizio colazione ultra rapido con prodotti medio buoni... occorrerebbe investire per la sera con un pianista per rendere le serate novaresi più allegre e spensierate.

Very nice personnel, the room is a bit basic and small, but had everything one might need, including amenities (toothbrush, etc). Sadly no slippers though.
Perhaps, could do with a better quality flooring...maybe, if they decide to renovate at some point!
Overall - had a very nice stay, would definitely come back, if I need to stay in the area again

It's a hidden gem. Traveling from Malpensa early morning we didn't expect much from this hotel. I wish I had known the place before!
Nor far from the motorway it provides separate rooms (with your own parking lot right in front of the entrance) which is super convenient. Inside there is a spacious room, very tidy. Quiet, great bed.
And the stuff was super sweet to make us ”breakfast bags” despite our late arrival. Loved everything, highly recommended!

The facilities are very complete, and the room and bed are really comfortable 🥹
A room can accommodate a family of four (one queen bed and one sofa bed), and cute panda dolls 😏
I have two people living here this time, especially comfortable, two beds even in different rooms...
In short, if it is two people living, it will be a little expensive, but it is really worth it if you live in a family. 👍
There is a self-service kitchen and dining room, all guests can use it, clean up after the fact
I thought self-check in would be troublesome, but it turned out to be easy
Open the box at the gate with the password sent by the store and get the key card. The key card says the password for the inner door and your room.
I didn't know how to open the door when I first arrived, so I called the customer service. The customer service was very patient, gentle and polite, really good 😇
In short, staying for one night feels very good, recommended!

As a daytime sightseeing, catch a plane the next day, especially the small hotel that is very suitable for early flights. 10 minutes drive from Malpensa Airport, the hotel has 2 free shuttle vehicles (white 5 people, blue 7 people, advance reservation is required, schedule can see photos).
The room is not big, the facilities are a bit old, and the pastoral scenery is pushed outside the window.
There are towels, but they are hard.
Once a bagged shampoo / shower liquid.
There is a hairdryer, small refrigerator, and free bottled drinking water.
Breakfast starts at six o'clock, and it costs six euros, with bread, juice, milk, jam, fruit, cheese, yogurt and cappuccino.
There is a parking lot outside the hotel.
Practical budget small hotel.
