This hotel must have been 4 star in some old days but its today it is just an Average hotel. Not at really 4 Star standards. not also 3 stars. It is not worth high price they are charging. Hotel is big and spacious room. but that is not enough to say as 4 star. Rooms are big but lights are provided only in half space. rest space is dark. Tv channels give only free channels (atleast for hindi viewers) and useless to start also. TVs are so small, that you may not want to view anything. Internet is just for name sake. you cant actually use it for any work. very very poor maintenance. lights flickering. bathroom taps coming in hand. lodge type bathrooms. poor bedsheets. They say stay kids free but they charge above 10. so if you have kids above 10 then charge full adult Staff is good and they try do their best with available resources. so 4 star only to staff rest definitely to avoid this hotel and stay at hotel which is value for spending money!!

We had come to trichy to have darshan of ramnatha swami temple. We stayed for two nights from 26 th to 28th april 2024. The room was quite spacious, good ac, wifi was good, the icing on the cake was its breakfast, delicious south indian dishes. Also noted that one can extend his stay by paying nominal charges. Will recommend it all those who visit trichy

First of all, the name is correct. I had a great view of the Rock Fort from my room, and I was only on the 1st floor! The rooms are clean and spacious and quite comfortable. There is even a fridge with a minibar (although I did not use it). Not that generous in terms of complimentary items, but adequate. There is a restaurant on the ground floor (this is where breakfast is served) and another on the roof top. Menus are extensive but optimistic! Nice view, but bring a torch if you want to read the menu. The front desk staff are helpful in making arrangements but (at least with one of them) do be alert that you get the right change.

We had two rooms. Nice rooms. Very good Indian Breakfast. They gave us extra mattresses to accommodate our bigger group (of course charged). Overall good stay and everything was in working condition except the AC (low power). Given there was no fan in the room and all the utilities will start working only when you put the key in the card slot after you arrive in the room and the low AC power, it was a little stuffy for the entire night.

I arrived at a busy weekend time and staff went out of their way to find me a room which ended up being a twin but extremely confortable, clean and chic, hot water wifi television etc. Really central near the bus station and travel everywhere. good tuk tuks/taxis staff went out of their way to help with a travel agent (the manager was fantastic) and even though it was a difficult situation were brilliant, professional and honest to a fault. Brilliant value for money, breakfast, varied good food..included. lunch/dinner available

We just stayed for one night. We arrived about 9:00 p.m. and left the room at 11:00 a.m next day. We were three adults and a four-year-old in this room for a night nap. The room was adequate for all four of us, with one master bed and a little bed. The air conditioning was excellent, and I spent 1100 for a four-person stay that I believe was well worth it. RO water is provided on the first floor Only minor problems I noted are that There is no dental kit, soap, or shampoo available. But it's not a big issue. When I controlled the trap water in the bathroom, there was a current leakage via geyser (i felt minor shock in my room), which I alerted reception about. I'm hoping it is fixed.

Very good this is the nice way of attend the guest. No compromise in the morning breakfast , parking and room service.rooms and bathroom good and clean are maintained as a traveller satisfaction i wish you all & keep it up to your hotel management

The hotel was booked on line n specific rooms were requested a few weeks ago )4 rooms)on line, but when we came to check in about mid night, we’re told there was no ref to online check in and we had to show them proof of communication from our WhatsApp. Front desk is not to be blamed since they accommodated us but got is other rooms, No night duty manager but he she would also be not able to assit due to online booking. WiFi does not work in room( excuse was above 4th floor internet is bad) only clear at the lobby. Room toilets shower room edge on the floor have molds. Towels were brownish white. Receptionist does not give you 2 room door tags Since not policy- plus worst the key tag don’t work once you leave the hotel and return later ( in our case after 7 hrs on the same day)- excuse given magnetic issues if key tag kept beside hand phone. Saw a group about 10 family with kids (last night)checking in at night turn down since it did not register their online checking n booking- was so sad to see small kids & elderly tired but no rooms.- did not know the out come since I just went back to the room- hope their booking was accepted). Break first service is so bad that they are not ready for tourist at 7.30am( as we leave early to travel). Today I asked the waiter to on the lights and he was not too please to do so . We choose this hotel since the service was good for the price and have stayed here a few times before the covid BUT will not recommend any one to stay here if management don’t revert to their hospitality

I stayed at Hotel Breeze Residency Trichy in Sep 24.. Previous review of the hotel were not too flattering.. As a frequent traveller I was extremely satisfied with all the facilities from the speedy check in, quality of the room, cleanliness, comfort, facilities provided and the response to requests.. I will recommend Breeze Residency to anyone transiting through Trichy.. Also, 24 hrs check in / check out is available

The hotel is very much accessible and has about 10 parking space for cars. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and neatly maintained. Well suited for both official and family stay. It has both veg and non veg food and restaurant is neat and clean. All the staffs are very professional and polite. Overall great stay.
