My stay at fortune hotel was truly wonderful. The staff was extremely courteous, ensuring every need was met with a smile. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all modern amenities, making for a very comfortable experience. The dining options were excellent, offering a variety of delicious and well-prepared dishes. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail and the warm hospitality throughout my stay. I would highly recommend fortune hotel to anyone seeking a relaxing and memorable experience.

We reserved this hotel near Anjanatri Betta primarily for the Shri Hanuman Darshan and the swimming pool, intending to enjoy some leisure time with our children. However, during check-in, we were not informed about the pool's maintenance. After our visit to the Hanuman temple, we inquired about the pool, only to be told that it was under maintenance and that we should have asked about it prior to checking in. This raises the question of why we should need to inquire about the pool's status when we had booked our stay based on the photos of the pool.

GGuest UserLocation was decent. The room itself was adequate, but the service was incredibly disappointing. On both days of our stay, we waited over two hours for food to be served. Furthermore, the bartender was unavailable, so a regular waiter attempted to make our drinks. he was honest about his limited experience. Minor details like the absence of a doormat for the washroom and the lack of assistance with luggage during checkout may seem insignificant, but they contribute to an overall poor guest experience.

GGuest UserOverall a comfortable place. Far from the city and close to many good places. The hosts are very friendly. Individual huts are there made of good bamboos. However, a few basic items in these huts could have made a lot of difference, for e. G. A small mirror, a table or stand to keep the luggages, some good finishing of the main door as one can peak inside very easily etc.
