Location was great, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever specially Mr.Rajesh Dennis is number Sales Director in the world,lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. The hotel is newly made ambiance was okroom was ok but faced the issues such as delay in services hotel need to work upon improving there services more better as customers are waiting long n no proper response was made.

I stay at one night the staff are very cooperate and friendly they are very polite and care about me i am traveling for a bussiness at jhansi for one night this hotel and i feel comfortable. Thank you.

Nice, safe, and family friendly place to stay. Cozy, neat, and clean rooms. Great food. And, they have parking space. Around 5-6 cars can be parked inside the property and there is enough parking space just outside the hotel which is being taken care of by the hotel security staff. The breakfast buffet was also very good.

Though the hotel is at prime location, yet there was less crowd.

The breakfast is exquisite and the taste is very good. The buffet at night is also very good and the price is cheap. The room was clean and would not feel dirty like other hotels. This is the best experience in the whole of India, even more than the service of many five-star hotels in Delhi. Because of the air, the eyes were swollen, just arrived at the store early, and asked the front desk if there was a hospital nearby. As a result, the hotel arranged for the handlebar to be sent to the eye clinic, and then sent someone to pick it up. Going to the station the next day, there is also a free delivery station, in short, thank you very much for the hotel staff, everyone is super nice!

Room interior is not good. There was shippage and temporarily paint with a different colour, which completely change the decorum of the room. Internal telephone is not working. There is no bed lamp or no provision of switch on one light. While sleeping either all lights are switched off or 50% of lights are on. Noises from outside are clearly coming and you can't have sound sleep. However, the food especially breakfast was good.

Cheap option if you are don't want to spend much money. The dormitory i got after paying 440 rs had 8 beds. It was quite warm because of the ac compared to outside winter. I did not stay overnight however the mattress and blanket were okay. The shared toilet was workable. Bring your own soap as the public soap isn't hygenic. Take care of your belongings although the dorm has cctv camera security.
