I wish to stay here longer but there was a generator that tuened on and off regularly and made so much sound that I couldn't sleep probably. If this would change it is the perfect place to stay.

I am very satisfied with this service. I ordered two single beds, but since the room is not ready yet, I upgraded to a double room, which has a large room with sofa and balcony. Ckup room is clean...AC is cold...location is very close to Pasteur toll booth...but the location of the hotel is inside the house. Ohiya has a deposit, but it will be refunded upon check-out.

Beautiful and cool hotel, shady trees. The location is not visible from the road. Mainly, the architect came up with a bungalow concept, suitable for a family holiday. Quite far from malls, stations and terminals

Cheap, clean, ok facilities, friendly staff, reception can show tourist attractions. Not swallowing here. AC, wifi, TV cable, water heater, wide parking. If going to Bandung, I will definitely come here again. Thank you pak zaenal

GGuest UserThis hotel is very nice! The staff are very kind and treat me & my wife as well as their loved ones. Especially, the bell boy. He is so kind and well trained personal butler alike. Too bad, every staff didn't have name tag. Well, thank you so much for the warming welcome!. Hotel design, atmosphere, furniture, are so on point with their concept. Definitely, one of my favorite hotels in Bandung. But, it would be more lovely and lively if breakfast are well, a little bit more French, or have one or two French-style breakfast. Not only all Indonesia cuisine. And last but not least, if only every broken or aged furniture such as wall and ceiling could be fixed, it would be more enjoyable...

MMichael WenxueThe location is ok. The staff are friendly and the service is good. The website says the room I stayed is 30 sq. Meter but the room itself is no more than 18. The room does come with a patio which is relatively big. There is a wall in the patio that blocks view (5th floor). The bath room is relatively small and no bathtub. I left the hotel around 7:30 in the morning to the nearest high speed train station by Grab and it took around 30 minutes. There is a safe in the room. The buffet breakfast is ok. The swimming pool is not big enough for laps. The chairs at the restaurant are too high and not comfortable.

The location is great, indomaret fresh is next to the hotel and it really helps (avoid buy mineral water in the refrigerator in the room), parking area is sufficient. We requested baby chair & baby crib and they provided adequately without additional charge

NNaodjorghiI used to stay in Sukajadi hotel for so many times with my family, cant exactly remember how many times but it was a lot, we used to love the room, the service, and the food was great too! And this time me and my family came back to visit Bandung and decided to stay at this hotel, as a repeater guest, we expecting the same service & facities that we used to experienced, but unfortunately this visit is truly disappointing, the first room we enter was very dirty, a lot of hairs from the previous guest was everywhere in the bathroom, the room doesn’t even have any toothbrush, I called and asked to the staff but they told me they don’t have any toothbrush available, but then the housekeeping staff who passed by our room said it is available and he gave me the toothbrush (?) the first room we enter doesn’t even have a wardrobe or any hanger available?! Then I asked to move my room to another room, its a twin bed and need to be converted to kingsize, nevermind, its better than the first room we had, but then still, the room is very outdated and not very clean, as we now very concern about covid 19 outbreak and expect hotel will do double check about the room cleanliness? Well.. wifi is terrible too, we can’t even have signal inside our room, super mood breaker! And the worst case is that our room (i booked 2 room for 1 night only) both of them doesnt have the hot water (is not working) engineering came to the room and said it takes times for the hot water to came out, well.. i waited for almost 20 min it still doesn’t came out? The staff says sorry and told us basically like “it is what it is... its like that...” anyway, now I can’t expect more / even expect anything from this hotel, truly disappointed, just an expression and honest review from me & my family. And 1 kudos only for the housekeeping staff who passed me the toothbrush brush and clean our second room, thankyou.

JJTtops7A very good deal for several families and friends. Well themed with small bathrooms that if I were really large then I wouldn't fit through. The rooms looked clean but the kitchen could use a better quality soap for dishes and some clhoride to sanitize and keep cups shining white. There's no kettles in the rooms but a hot water dispenser is in the kitchen and one looks so filthy it's disgusting. The kitchen needs good soap mixed with 10% hydrochloride to meet the food and hospitality standards.

The most friendly part of the basement parking area, although rame, but still provided. Breakfast is decent. Access to the hotel can be two ways, through the gas station, a front (gang)

GGuest UserThis my first time stayed here due to other hotel was full. Unfortunately, it was not a bad hotel. The room is spacious with a good staffs services. They greet me in room corridor and lobby. Just a few suggestion compare to hotel i used to stay are : - the breakfast menu should be more variety. I order american breakfast. The quality of the item was low. The bread is like a rock, the sausage was small and not a sausage for 4* hotel. - the room's wall should be repainting since i saw many kids writing on it. - more lights in front of the main gate, it is too dark, i thought it was a office building. The hotel has good and nice plants, should add more lights. I am sure if this hotel give a small touch in main gate, people will interest to try visit and stay. Your gate is too dark and not eye catch. That are few suggestion to management of Grand Aquila Bandung. You also have an excellent staffs who willing to do an extra mile. Such as a woman in Reception willing to send my luggage to room. Her uniform was different from other staff more firm, she is the manager i guess. Im not sure her position. Im sure she did that due to i informed that my luggage still in lobby and i need something immediately for my baby. Also a man with housekeeping uniform deliver my breakfast to room. I realize you are minimize staff since it is a covid pandemi. I really understand with the situation. However, thank you and will visit your hotel next visit to Bandung.
