Stayed for a cultural event for 5 days. it was a great stay, very nice rooms, inside the university area so i feel secure that its safe. The staff and room services was very nice and good. It is very comfortable here.

Booked the room with pool view (a bit higher price compared to non pool view, you decide from my photo whether it’s worth or not).
Everything was great. Room is very cozy. I love the long sofa beside the window, very comfortable to do everything.
Service is awesome. Parking spot is a lot. Breakfast is one of the best. Only few steps away to Pakuwon mall (exactly next to the hotel).

EastParc was excellent for our 8yr old he absolutely loved all the activities and the facilities are great. The activities are impeccably clean and the staff are excellent. Breakfast has a lot of options and again the staff are very helpful and lovely. The room was a good size with a large balcony. The only slight downside was the bathroom - it could do with a bit of an update but was functional overall. Check staff were also very helpful and friendly.
We were pleasantly surprised with how good this hotel staff was.

Its a pleasant hotel, so comfy, humble staff, clean, full facility. Beautiful scenry at the center. love the 'ayam lemgkuas'. Cheap hotel with high standard. when u go to Jogja It s a must to stay here. Fully reccomended. Its a pleasure to stay here

I live in Yogyakarta and recently stayed here one night to beat a power outage. Had a good experience. The place has a strong Indonesian flavor; of about a hundred people around at breakfast (included), I was the only Westerner. This means no eggs at breakfast, but there is cereal. Rooms are clean and pleasant, and if you get one with a north view, you can see Mount Merapi on a clear day from an upper floor. Above-average batik shop in the lobby would probably take care of your gift needs in one swoop. You can find places closer to the tourist action, but why not stay where Indonesians stay and see some more of the city? You'll save some money compared to the city center.

GGuest UserBest hotel for family staycation. This hotel has the best place for family. Their service is above and beyond. With some facilities that can indulge the guest experiences. In the back of their hotel, there is a kid place to hang out. Also, they completed their place with some animals, which is guest could feed them. Such as fish, sheep, and even a small ponytail horse. For the dining area, they open their buffet for breakfast from 6am to 10am on the 2nd floor. Surprisingly, they have popcorn, gellato, and even cottoncandy for the kids. Not forget, traditional food ,like gudeg, also serves to complete the dishes. For room, we booked a budget room. The room is a little bit small for a family with 1 kid.

YYuliiaHotel it's located on the busy street which makes it easy to get to some restaurants. Overall I liked the room, thou do not recommend to take from with balcony as it's 1 square meter big😀 you can barely stand there. however the view is nicer from the room with balcony.

GGuest UserI was staying for 8 nights in this hotel and my son was very happy staying there, all of the staff were very friendly and very polite, whenever I needed something they responded very quickly, food was always delicious and what make me happy the most is my son always eat properly when I bought the food from the hotel cause he is a very fussy eater, would definitely recommend it to my friends and family and would definitely stay here again whenever I come back to Jogja. Thank you 🙏

GGuest UserThis trip to Yogyakarta was short but very pleasant, thanks to Grand Mercure Yogyakarta. I usually stay in other Accor's hotel in Yogyakarta, but this time, I opt to try to stay in Grand Mercure. The check in process was smooth and super fast. The FOM even also attended me at that time, ensuring that my checking in process was pleasant. They had dedicated desk for Accor member avoiding long queue in the regular check-in counter. Too bad, they couldn't upgrade me to executive room or beyond, due to their high occupancy. The room was in the Premium Deluxe. It was nice, clean, and comfy, although it was not too sound-proof. So you could be disturbed with children running around and shouting in the hallway. Bathroom amenities was quite good for a deluxe room, hoping that they would provide a better one in the higher-level room. They had gym facility, but the operational hours were so limited. They even closed at 11 am to 3 pm. Too bad... They should prolong the operational hour for the gym tho, accommodated with access card, perhaps. The afternoon tea service was provided from 5 - 7 pm, with selection of fritters and small cut of cakes from their selection. Small is literally small, but since I came alone, the food provided was more than enough. For welcome drink selections, alcoholic beverages was provided for platinum member. Love this one!!! The staffs in their bar and lounge were so helpful and cater to all I needed. Thumbs up for them... To my surprise, they provided me a dedicated table for breakfast with my name written on the table. This never could be found in other Accor Hotel. Love also the services provided during my breakfast time. the chef was also good serving my 'delicate' eggs. Check-out process was also super fast. Even another manager was attended at that time greeted me and asked me about their services and facilities during my stay. Overall, this very short trip was very delightful, again, thanks to Grand Mercure Yogyakarta. Definitely gonna stay there again... To all staffs, thanks for your great hospitality and keep up the good teamwork.

JJohanAdrianThe receptionist are never smile, when i check in on March 7/20 @12.30 PM and i request for wake up call @5.00 AM to Lilis (GSA) for early morning flight but nobody set it up. So i wake up @5.32 AM and get hurry for it, i call the night shift incharge he said the wake up call is set up @10.20 AM, so funny. Its better i stay in small hostel with USD 5, with friendly staff and clean room. Because i will flight early morning so i have to stay near airport thats why i choose this terrible hotel without wake up call. I know you guys build this hotel near airport for the part of the guest who lookin for their flight so please be aware. Room is clean but many ants on the table when i put my bakpia they swarm it arround. Thanks for ”Good” service Johan

GGrace1004When I entered the hotel entrance using Grab, it was so narrow that even the Grab driver was embarrassed.
However, I would like to give it a generous score thanks to the friendly staff.
In particular, the pizza I ordered through room service was an excellent choice!!
I highly recommend it because it’s so delicious!!
The location of the accommodation was a little far from Malioboro, but we chose a place close to the church to go to church on Sundays, so we are satisfied with the location.
The room was clean, but a bit old, and the swimming pool was smaller and dirtier than expected, which was disappointing.
