GGuest UserI have stayed at the Grant Zuri Hotel in Ketapang many times, and I can honestly say each stay was a great experience from start to finish. From entering the lobby, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming staff who made me feel like a valued guest. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to make my stay exceptional. The room I stayed in was impeccably clean; that's the main thing. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was truly commendable. In summary, I highly recommend the Grant Zuri Hotel in Ketapang.

Ordered Ayam Bakar (grilled chicken) and it tasted great.
Most importantly they have Bloomberg channel on their TV. Good for business-minded travellers.

AAndi Anugrah PWith the affordable options still a bit limited, it seems to be the only reasonable option to choose this hotel. Overall, the service is good, the room is adequate, just for breakfast, and the smell of the poor from the direction of the kitchen is quite annoying every time you want to go to this hotel's ”New Building”. And then the very annoying thing is the Internet connection problem in the Old Building, which is really annoying for you who want to update your work or other things that need internet connection. Regarding the terms ”New Building” and ”Old Building” can be asked directly to the hotel management. My advice, with the big name of Aston, and a quite growing market in Khet Thang, immediately improve the service at this hotel.
