AAGUS ROrder non smoking, room 517 was smells of smoke a lot then I as to change to another room. Next time staff should be check the room first before customer come.

GGuest UserI often stay at Aston Inn when I visit Cilacap. I like being close to the center of the city without being close to the noise and congestion that is part of the city center. I like having a restaurant in the hotel, and I appreciate the help offered me by the hotel employees. I appreciate having a refrigerator (a small one) in my hotel room. And I especially like having water available that is BPA free, located in the hall area near the rooms. It pleases me that the hotel cares about not contributing to the pollution created by plastic bottle waste. A glass container is available in the rooms to obtain cold or hot water. I plan to continue staying at Aston when I am in Cilacap.

IImam BaehaqiThis hotel is quite impressive, all the area in the room is clean. And the bed was so good. I could sleep very well.
The ambience and vibes of javanese hotel and instruments along the lobby is very nice, and also smell good. I am so happy and would come back again any soon.

DDyan_WHotel paling nyaman di Cilacap, bersih, kamar cozy, breakfast enak, proses check-in cepat biarpun saat peak season, recommended banget biarpun area parkir terbatas, sayangnya saat melayani check-in petugas receptionist sedang pilek & tdk memakai masker, lebih baik bila kurang fit pakai masker aja biar komunikasi ke tamu lebih nyaman

DDanelynRegarding hygiene, it's clean and tidy. For other things, I can get a notice because I can get a cheap price again, only the room I got the air conditioner is not cold, only the wind, I see that the air conditioner is indeed old. My suggestion to the hotel, for room 011, change the air conditioner to a new one Because it has been repaired, it doesn't seem to be useless. Others I'm still ok with the cheap price I get.
