GGuest UserPrice is affordable! The food is good in terms of variety of choices and taste. The staff are excellenty accomodating. We have to request at the front office to provide us a hairdyer.
One thing to complain is about the design of the bathrom. There is no door to close when we are having shower. And since the shower head is attached on the wall, it's really hard to direct the direction of the water spray. As a result, water splases outside the shower room and wet the toilet area and wastafel area. The design is weird. It would have been helpful if at leas they install a shower curtain to prevent the water to wet the area outside the shower room. To solve the problem, I requested for a double bath mat to wipe the wet area.
To add, the debit of the water from the shower head was weak so I never felt that I had a proper shower.

MmitaputThe experience was pleasant, I booked 4 rooms for 1 night, comfortable, breakfast was also delicious. Staff and Mas Rizki were very helpful for luggage and valet parking was also very helpful by him. Appreciate for Mas Rizki.

HHoOlyHotel with environtmental friendly approach. Refillable mineral water, shampoo/soap/face soap, handsoap. Overall im satisfy with the service. botani square mall, lippo plaza & bogor botanical garden is nearby. For those vegetarian/vegan, there is karunia baru restaurant nearby the area but you need to take grab. Very greenery place around the area, it is because of the botanical garden. Spacious area for morning walk for joggers and family. If you would like to ride on 'delman' aka horse carriage, it is also nearby the area though you need to walk around 20 minutes to reach at the 'delman' station. Alternatively, you can take grab and there is 1 row of rider offering to bring you with their horse carriage. Pricing varies from 60k - 70k rupiah.

GGuest UserI was given a room which had a connecting door inside of it. Unfortunately it brought up lots of sound from room next door. The next room was so noisy and I got an unpleasant stay here. It would be much better if i got a room with no connecting door.

Ttraveller momsThe hotel was known as bogor icon hotel then now swissbell court. Our junior room was big, n quite complete with sofa, tv, and kitchen set without kitchen utilities. The swimming pool provided at ground floor next to the resto. Once come into the room our card didnt fuction, and we have to ask the maintenance to fixed it. Overall our experience in this hotel is average.

GGuest UserThe Mirah is centrally located in Bogor. It is near Botani Square Shopping Mall and many other restaurants. The neighborhood surrounding The Mirah is also very scenic and enjoyable to walk around.
I would say that the Mirah Hotel is the best hotel I have stayed in so far in Bogor. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Also the breakfast and various restaurants in the hotel are nice and worth your money.
Right now the pool is under renovation which was the only downside.

the room is located on 6 floors and the elevator only reaches the 5 floors then I have to continue by the staircase to the sixth floor.
The room is so smelly with smoke, We asked to change the room to a nonsmoking room but they can't give.
the bathroom tile is so slippery we must be extra careful when bathing.
when breakfast time we didn't know our room had already been checked as having taken the breakfast we just got down to have breakfast, luckily the manager saw this intention and allowed me to have breakfast.
the room has a no-view window even though it's on the sixth floor, how come?

Eetty erstinaall staff so friendly and helpfull, but interior condition need improve and many small things need repair (i just think maybe this because the operational hotel totally closed when covid pandemic), but for now hotel operational need to improve for better future. thx

AAnonymous UserLocation: The hotel is located across exit 3 of Bogor Botanical Garden. It's a good place to rest after playing the whole day with your kid. There are 2 department stores within 1 km, lots of food stalls & cafes in the vicinity.
Service: Standard amenities were readily available when I entered the room, except towels and bathroom mat. I reported to the front office but they were delivered late, despite housekeeping staff working on my floor.
Food: Breakfast was great! However, the dinner I ordered through room service was tasteless. They have a cafe in the lobby. Drinks were under expectation, but the traditional snacks were marvelous!
