We enjoyed our stay in Etno. Our 4 year old daughter loved playing in the play area. The food was great (the only thing we had to order in advance). The breakfast was expensive but very neat and delicious. The options for vegetarian food were minimal but I didn’t complain. The apartment is spacious and the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom are neat and tidy. The view from the window is fantastic. Most importantly, the staff is very kind and friendly.

The rooms are very clean and are well-functioning. There is a very comfortable common room for guests, sleeping and dondol available in the garden and the possibility of enjoying breakfast and dinner in a beautiful patio. Marko and Matjias were very friendly, friendly and kind and gave us useful indications about our visit to the wonderful Lakes. Marko also speaks very well Italian, Matjias suggested excellent Croatian wines. Breakfast is a bit expensive but exceptional, a great dinner (grill with excellent cooking), we enjoyed it in both days of stay. Perfect location to access the lakes from entrance 3, for nothing crowded even in the days of ferragosto with any ticket (entry 1 or 2). There are also apartments. The villager has nothing, no bankomat, no bar or a small supermarket but a few kilometers away, but after the visit to the lakes we had only need to rest and the structure was perfect. Let's hope to come back to see the Lakes in various seasons.

This place feels like home. Beautiful decorated room, clean and comfortable. Garden is perfect for relaxing in the nature, and the best thing is that you can see the lake from the garden! That was really amazing. If you are going to the park, you need to walk for 5 mins and you are there. Nice breakfast. We were really surprised with this place and are very happy we came here.

Definitely 5 out of 5 .. This B&B is up in the mountains about 30minutes from Plitvice Lakes N/Pk .. the surroundings are breathtaking.. the rooms are beautiful & modern & very cosy. The people that run it are delightful & friendly. We enjoyed delicious home cooked meals with all fresh produce from there garden and nothing was a bother.. you definitely felt full when you had finished and the meals were reasonably priced .. I would definitely recommend this establishment during any month of the yr..

We just recently stayed at the Pearl of Plitvice. Amazing location with lovely staff. We were there for 2 nights while visiting the Plitvice NP. It’s located within walking distance to Entrance 3 of the park, which is so much more convenient than main gate; however, you must have your hard tickets or on your phone. They don’t take vouchers. This location is about 25 minutes from the main gate, but it is in such a nice area for bike riding, hiking or just enjoying the peace and quiet. The room was modern and really nice. For Americans, the breakfast is more European, but a nice display. Also recommend stopping at the market before heading up the hill for snacks and drinks, the minibar is a little pricey.

My wife and I stayed two nights here. We were warmly welcomed and shown to our beautiful room on arrival. We didn’t realise they did dinner and so with no other restaurants within walking distance we booked dinner for the evening. Delicious home cooked three courses for €25 per head. After breakfast the next morning we asked the lady for the best route around the lakes. Unbeknown to us you can walk to the lesser known and much less busy entrance 3 in 20 minutes, which was a lot more convenient than driving to entrance 2 or 3. So, all in all we highly recommend staying here as it’s so peaceful, warm and friendly.

This hotel is amazingly beautiful. It can be said that it is rare to encounter such a beautiful hotel. The owner has taken care of the yard very beautifully, with lawns and flowers everywhere. The owner lives nearby and you can find her at any time. It is best to arrive early so that you can enjoy the beautiful courtyard. In addition, the mountain road is difficult to drive, so it is best to arrive during the day. In addition, tickets for Lake 16 can be purchased online. This hotel is close to entrance No. 4, and if you enter through gate 4, you must buy tickets online. However, if you go to gate 1, you can buy it on site, and the view from gate 1 More beautiful than Gate 4.

Location: Very close to Plitvice waterfall. There's a view point just 5-10 minutes drive from the hotel where I could see one of the high light of the fall which it's very nice. I arrived in the late evening, so I didn't see anything. However I spent our morning walked around the hotel which was beautiful and worth walking.
Room amenities: Perfect !! There're bathrobe and slipper for 2 persons which most of hotels in Croatia didn't provide. Also the hotel use high quality of shampoo, conditioner, and bath gel. There's hand towel as well. Amenities I mentioned seemed simple in other countries, but not in Croatia.
Breakfast: It's ok. There was no enough food, even though there's just another family in the breakfast area. I had to kept asking please fill in this and that which these shouldn't happen.

GGuest UserDefinitely 5 out of 5 .. This B&B is up in the mountains about 30minutes from Plitvice Lakes N/Pk .. the surroundings are breathtaking.. the rooms are beautiful & modern & very cosy. The people that run it are delightful & friendly. We enjoyed delicious home cooked meals with all fresh produce from there garden and nothing was a bother.. you definitely felt full when you had finished and the meals were reasonably priced .. I would definitely recommend this establishment during any month of the yr..

GGuest UserWe just recently stayed at the Pearl of Plitvice. Amazing location with lovely staff. We were there for 2 nights while visiting the Plitvice NP. It’s located within walking distance to Entrance 3 of the park, which is so much more convenient than main gate; however, you must have your hard tickets or on your phone. They don’t take vouchers. This location is about 25 minutes from the main gate, but it is in such a nice area for bike riding, hiking or just enjoying the peace and quiet. The room was modern and really nice. For Americans, the breakfast is more European, but a nice display. Also recommend stopping at the market before heading up the hill for snacks and drinks, the minibar is a little pricey.

GGuest UserWe enjoyed our stay in Etno. Our 4 year old daughter loved playing in the play area. The food was great (the only thing we had to order in advance). The breakfast was expensive but very neat and delicious. The options for vegetarian food were minimal but I didn’t complain. The apartment is spacious and the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom are neat and tidy. The view from the window is fantastic. Most importantly, the staff is very kind and friendly.

This place feels like home. Beautiful decorated room, clean and comfortable. Garden is perfect for relaxing in the nature, and the best thing is that you can see the lake from the garden! That was really amazing. If you are going to the park, you need to walk for 5 mins and you are there. Nice breakfast. We were really surprised with this place and are very happy we came here.
