Ideal location quirky hotel. apartment itself was nice if you like old creaky boards and old fashioned wallpaper. The rooms were comfortable enough and the staff member was excellent. Note car parking is very very tight. I have a Xc90 Volvo which just made it!! Troyes is lovely. The hotel is within 3-4 mins walk. Don’t bother with breakfast head into the main square for it ! Note trying to find it was hard as the sign is very small!

An excellent modern style hotel. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Room was very comfortable with modern style wardrobes offering plenty of storage. Car park is directly opposite the reception, easy to get to, and when we were there had ample, secure parking. Breakfast was buffet style, but had everything we wanted. All this for a very reasonable price too. From a practical viewpoint the hotel is only around 10 minutes walk from the town centre. They even supply a walking map to tour the old town, which we found extremely helpful.

The building is located in a renovation area of old mills and industrial heritage buildings. Most of the building is new but part is a conversion. The external entrance is completely unfinished but you don’t need to stay in it.! There is underground parking but used outdoor courtyard space due to the height of the car. The apartment was amazing, hugely spacious, very adaptable heating, included electric blinds as well as curtains. Plentiful towels bath mat et cetera in the shower room. The wet room is suitable for anyone, not romantic but functional. The toilet is rather high so not so good if you’re very short. Reception was very good although other than giving out keys and taking them back again and saying hello and goodbye when going out I didn’t have to have to ask them to do anything special. I didn’t try for breakfast but having put my head round the door of the dining room saw an amazing view over the mill race ( but it didn’t look like breakfast had been plentiful) . Having said that there are loads and loads of restaurants etc within a few minutes walk away. Troyes was a total gobsmacking delight of a place and having only needed to stay for one night I’m determined to go back and stay for several nights and I’m definitely very happy to book the same accommodation again. I can see that the accommodation is shared to some extent with accommodation for seniors however everyone has to stay somewhere and I’m happy to share with people of any age.

天天阔悠然When booking, I saw that 5-year-olds were free, but I still had some opinions when I arrived at the front desk of the store. After communicating, I checked in smoothly. I also added an extra bed for free, fearing that a family of three would not be enough to live. The room is large in size, and the corridor environment is average and has a strange smell. Parking is just opposite the hotel and there is free parking. There is a steak shop and a pizzeria next to the hotel, which tastes good. The church in Troyes is worth a visit.

GGuest UserWe have just arrived and just wow! For the price we weren’t expecting much but I’m so happy I had to review it immediately. We have two rooms, one for the 2 older boys and a room for us with our younger daughter. She has her own room in an adjoining space (she has been busy laying it all out) and the boys even have a balcony! Super comfy beds, working air con, working mini bar (with an ice cold bottle of water already in it). The two ladies at reception were brilliant despite our ashamedly limited French. The decor is suitably dated, fitting for such a gorgeous old building and is well looked after. The mix of new and old being aesthetically pleasing. The location is incredible. Right in the centre so easy distance to walk for dinner. Such a shame we are only passing through, I would happily stay much longer

A basic hotel very close to the centre of Troyes ( which is pronounced TWAH). We originally booked an upstairs room but on seeing me use a stick for walking, the receptionist immediately offered me a ground floor room designated for use by the disabled. We were told there was no view but that didn’t matter. It did have a shower which is completely accessible to wheelchair users. There were no cupboards for clothing but the room was clean and there was plenty of hot water in the bathroom. Breakfast was good. Plenty of croissants, bread, cheese, jam, cereals. The receptionists were very helpful and provided a map and advice. For the price we paid, we felt it was good value. Parking is an advisable extra which is a pay for addition to the bill.

AAnonymous UserRoom was spacious, good and clean. The only thing was that the reception hours need to be communicated properly. We arrived at least half hour before the stated closing hours but already no one there. As we booked through trip.com, we didn’t receive the instructions to the safe where they dropped all the keys for « late » guests. But obviously we weren’t even late as mentioned, we arrived before the reception closing hours. Thankfully we met a gentleman who had the safe’s access code and we were able to retrieve our room keys

But pay attention to checking the amount when buying snacks and small commodities. I bought bread and snacks for more than 3 euros, and was actually charged close to 7 yuan. Give me a small ticket calmly. Fortunately, the family was careful and was discovered. Typical rhythm of proficient crime. Simple and convenient, cost-effective stay. The sanitation and other conditions are similar to those of Jinjiang Inn. Suitable for self-driving travel.
