Overall, it can be that the customer service did not send the money to the hotel at the hotel. The hotel brushed my credit card. After the customer service said, it will return. It has been half a month and has not received the refund.

The employees were nice and helpful.   The bed mattress was very poor     Bathroom was good but per usual the toilet needs a couple of flush but I can tolerate that.   The room is cramped but you get what you pay for.   The main reason and the only reason to book here is for the location… near the metro and grocery stores

I just want to go to the company conveniently and close to Pantan Railway Station. The room was very small, with nothing in it, and the bathroom was quite big. Two very small beds, just on the roadside, a bit noisy, and the sound insulation on the walkway is not good, so sleeping is a big problem. Breakfast is the same every day, with only a few kinds of bread, two kinds of meat, fruit drinks, etc., which is just enough. Waiters are so so

The hotel is very near to the Paris Philharmonic. The staffs at the reception were helpful. The facilities were new. However, the bathtub, bed sheets and pillowcases were a little dirty. Another problem was that on the day I was to check out, the cleaning staff knocked on the door at 10am asking to clean the room.

If you use the train or bus from the center, you will not feel any inconvenience. Personally, I am very happy with the location. This time only cleanliness is 4 stars. We came a bit late as we were cycling from the Calais ferry terminal to Paris ( it took as 2 days of cycling) and it was raining so we were so happy because this hotel has a bike storage. The room was clean but they forgot to give us towel. We had to ask . There’s no kettle in the room but it compensated with a huge space. The lights in the room were not too brights that’s why my photos are a bit blurry
