Our bucket-list vacation to the Loire valley was even more special with our stay at Les Hauts De Loire. My husband and I stayed in a Prestige Suite in the carriage house. The room was extremely comfortable, luxurious, and large, with a seating area, desk, and a wonderful balcony large enough for a table and two chairs. We spent every evening on our balcony enjoying the picturesque views of the French countryside along with a glass of fabulous French wine. Our bathroom was huge with separate tub, shower, and toilet areas as well as a double sink vanity and heated towel rack. Our room and the hotel were immaculately clean. All hotel staff were friendly and welcoming and very accommodating to any of our requests. The hotel’s grounds are lovely, quiet, and peaceful with many paths through the woods to explore on foot or on a bike, which we quite enjoyed. The breakfast buffet was excellent with an abundance of delectable food items. We enjoyed our daily breakfast in beautiful rooms with flower arrangements, lovely place settings and views of the grounds. The hotel was the perfect location for visiting the amazing châteaux, gardens, and wineries in the eastern Loire valley. It was wonderful to relax in this serene hotel at the end of each sightseeing day. My only suggestion would be for the hotel to get better bikes and house them inside, so they are not so rough to ride. Other than that, our entire stay was absolute perfection, and I would highly recommend this hotel.
Very good castle hotel, very comfortable from the castle to the garden. The hotel’s restaurant is a Michelin-starred restaurant, which can be booked the day we go, and it’s a great dinner. The facilities in the hotel are also very simple, which is a good place to enjoy. There are not many parking spaces inside, but there should be spare. If you are full, you should park outside the hotel. There is no elevator, so it is recommended that if the check-in time is relatively short, you can consider putting the box in the car and only take the necessary items into the hotel. Nothing else, it is really a great hotel. The garden has a secret forest path, which is very beautiful.
The room is good, the breakfast is good, the health is good, the service is good, and the hot water bottle is also provided, which is a little later in the check-in time.
I lived in a 48-hour trip to the Loire River, a noble royal castle in 1313. The previous owners include the duke, the relatives of the king, the relatives of the queen, and so on. Suzanne, the last owner, was not the royal family. It can be seen that the owner of the castle is a multi-family male who loves hunting, and various animal specimens are distributed in every corner. The entire castle is completely protected and tidy.
Walking in every corner has the feeling of exploring the secrets. The climate is similar to that of northern China. The first light rain in a few days is a bit reluctant to leave. 🌧️
The breakfast is simple, but we all like it. The private castle has a small number of service staff, which is normal, but it is warm and polite, and will clean up the room every day. Super experience
