Bonjour, Hôtel à fuite d'urgence qui ne mérite pas d'être étoile, l'établissement est vétéros moyens, nous avons réservé une chambre qui était normalement la plus haute en gamme au tarif le plus élevé 93.30€ pour une nuit. After crossing the entrance doors the room was flooded with water to the ground with a very glissing fat substance, and that was only the beginning, of spiders that decorate the walls, the dust in the entire room the sticks and the complaints go up, the mosquitoes in the entire room..., the sticks are cut by I don't know what to slice, the bed heads fall into lambs the tissues go up and let appear on the bed and l'es chevet des morceaux pleins de poussière, la propreté n'est vraiment pas suivie dans cette maison le ménage semble inexistant ainsi que l'hygiène. Il est déjà difficile de trouver l'accès au milieu des hangars qui servent de terrains de padel et de tennis ; si la suite familiale était spacieuse, en revanche, son équipement est spartiate : peu d'éclairage direct dans la partie salon, pas de patères dans la salle d'eau ni de tapis anti-dérapant dans la douche qui a valu une belle glissade et frayeur à une enfant de quatre ans ; on comprend mal pourquoi le téléviseur est dans une chambre et non pas dans le salon ; pas de réfrigérateur et un coffre simplement posé dans un tiroir du dressing qui ne comprend que six cintres. pour joindre la réception, aucun téléphone sauf à utiliser le sien pour appeler depuis l'extérieur. Le petit déjeuner est sans plus, sauf le jus d'orange excellent. Quand au restaurant, c'est trop cher pour ce qui est servi au dîner surtout quand le prix du plat ne comprend pas la garniture qui coûte au minimum 4.50 euros en sus : plus de 30 euros une souris d'agneau bouillie plutôt que confite, cela décoiffe. Enfin, c'est loin d'Aix. Le spa est surprenant : on se déshabille dans les toilettes ou bien devant tout le monde dans les vestiaires communs ; le sauna et la piscine intérieure sont très bien. En revanche, le personnel est très agréable et courtois et, pour qui aime le sport, il y a tout ce qu'il faut sur place.

Worst hotel we ever stayed in. First we had to wait 2 hours to be checked in. The bed in our room was a pull out couch. There was nowhere close by to get food and no receptionist on to ask . We went to bed hungry. The place is far away from any emienities. We where scheduled to stay for 3 nights after our cruise but we decided to cancel. Even our taxi driver was shocked that we were staying so far out.

Les horaires d'arrivée et de départ sur le site ne correspondaient pas à la réalité... J'ai été obligé d'attendre 3 quarts d'heure 😱😰 J'ai payé la taxe de séjour... alors que sur le site, il est indiqué taxes incluses 😰😱 Sinon, cette location est d'un bon rapport qualité/ prix... 😁🤪

Excellent quality/price ratio

Paradisiac! Danielle and Yves have received us so warmly! We are discovering the different places of this eden. The green, very flowery frame with an impressive view ... is cutting the breath. This is very restful. The rooms are perfect, comfortable. Breakfast is deli-ciel and spacious. A beautiful well-served swimming pool. Never seen better. Thank you very much to this generous couple.

Lovely hotel - rooms dotted around within a hillside woodland. Great restaurant - lots of nice areas for sitting and enjoying the ambiance….. highly recommended! On booking.com it said “no parking” but there’s ample parking in several areas and totally secure. I really loved staying here and will certainly return.

I would not recommend this hotel. -Hard to find -Far from city center ($15 euro Uber each way) -no face cloths provided -only one small roll of toilet paper provided (and a half used one) -soap dispensers almost empty -no hair dryer -air conditioner didn’t work -did not allow early check in -stains on walls -broken glass in the cupboard -cobwebs -moldy shower curtain -shower handle was broken and didn’t stay on the holder -They charge $7 per clean (daily clean is not included!!) These are the reasons I would not stay again or recommend staying. This hotel needs improvement and care. The positives: -Staff are nice -Bed was comfortable -Free street parking out front or just $5 underground

This business needs a huge overhaul. It is unacceptable to rob guests with such terrible accommodation. I had booked 10 days in this place. Upon my arrival after a long trip with my heavy backpack, the receptionist ignored me as I waited for her to greet me. What a greeting! 'You will need to bring your rubbish in the bin before you leave; you will be given fresh linen in four days; you need to sign in to the internet every time you use it; you will need to do the dishes before you leave' etc...No welcome words, only orders. I felt I was signing in to jail! I have been in hostels in the past, am well travelled and I manage my expectations, but this was far worse than any hostel, airbnb, hotel, or residence I have ever been to. Upon entering my studio - I would not call it an apartment, I found the shower head dirty, the wastebasket dirty, the walls bare of any decor except for a cheap frame. There was only ONE plastic hanger in the closet, with all the others broken. In the kitchen, there was a 2oz bottle of washing detergent and not much at all, not even a coffee maker, just a kettle. There was only one roll of toilet paper for my 10 day stay. No one was ever at the reception except early in the mornings. You could not reach anyone in the afternoon or evening. When I ran out of toilet paper, I asked on my way out to have a few rolls dropped in my room. Upon my return that night, nothing. Luckily I met some guests who were sitting outside (equally unhappy with the residence), who saved me and were most kind, bringing me a roll. When the next morning I asked for toilet paper again, after having left a note at the unstaffed reception desk, I was finally given some. But fresh towels after 4 days? The response was ”well, I don't know, I have to ask my colleague...” I could not believe the staff's attitude. I was happily able to find a place 8 days later and could not leave soon enough. (Unfortunately, in high season and at the last minute, accommodations are nearly impossible to find in Aix.)
