Nous avons passé une nuit dans ce charmant hôtel. Nous sommes arrivés vers 1h du matin. Un monsieur très gentil était a la réception. Nous avons pu avoir une place de parking souterrain pour 8 euros. Chambre famille spacieuse. Tout était parfaitement propre (chambre, draps, sdb). Petit dej au top avec du choix, que se soit salé ou sucré et bien frais. En bref nous sommes très satisfaits.

The room was very clean and the bed was very close. I was really good at night. What is really good this that there is double door between the room and the corridor for a maximum of quietness.

We stayed here in June 2024 for 4 nights as our base for a first visit to Paris. Upon arrivial on our first day, we found the reception door locked, even though it was during reception hours, but a quick buzz on the intercom and we were let in and greeted by a friendly lady. We had a truly terrifying moment when she could not find our booking (we had taken a print out of our confirmation) either with the confirmation number or the name of the booking, thankfully though she found it eventually! In terms of the room, we were on the second floor, with a view out over to the river and as others have said the road too. We found no issues with road noise, in fact, despite being able to see it, we could not really hear it from inside the room. Granted we kept the window closed the whole time, but that was because the Air conditioning unit, did a perfect job of keeping the room at an ok temperature. Our room was clean and the facilities in the appartment, were as we hoped and expected. We had a microwave, a fridge with an ice box, two hobs and plenty of plates, bowls, cups, glasses and cutlery for the two of us. There was also a chopping board, a bread knife and bottle opener, alongside washing up liquid, a tea towel and a sponge. It was a slight shame not to be in a position to eat together, we had two chairs and a table and a desk, but we had to each sit and eat at one on our own. There was a wardrobe in the room, with plenty of space and coat hangers. The bed was comfy and there were two spare pillows in the wardrobe, which was a nice touch. My only slight criticism is although the bedding was clean, it had seen better days. There was a tear down the side of the duvet and a few questionable stains, that could have benefited from a hot wash and some stain remover. They weren't dirty but they could have looked better. The bathroom was a good space, the shower worked fine, the toiletries were fine and we had spare toilet roll in the bathroom cupboard. I couldn't get the heated towel rail to work but that was the only bathroom issue. I really liked that there was a closeable door between the living space and the hallway leading to the bathroom and main door. It meant you had a bit more of a noise blocker to the hallway and that if someone got up in the middle of the night, the bathroom light did not dominate the whole room. For those in other reviews who state this is in a poor location, we did not find that at all! RER Line E, is a 5 minute walk away and RER Line A is a 15 minute walk away. The trains are regular and we explorded pretty much the whole of Paris from here! We went to Notre Dame, Les invalides, Eiffel tower, Arc de triomphe, Champs d'elysee, Eglise saint Eustasche, Opera House, Louvre, Saint chapelle and Sacre coeur! All from those two lines as our starting point. If your willing to walk a short distance, it's really not an issue at all! The hotel is great. The receptions with the large terrace are very pleasant. The staff is attentive and the breakfast is excellent. The rooms have an incredible view. I recommend booking a room on a high floor. Some rooms are small but very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay.

The hotel is very comfortable and pleasant. The staff is of extreme kindness. The rooms are light, very well furnished and beautifully decorated. The breakfast is a good breakfast and the staff are very helpful. A Olympic pool is not far away. A super nice guinea in the summer is at the foot of the hotel. A bowling is also nearby. The edges of Marne are beautiful.

Patron de l’hôtel super accueillant, à l’écoute. Très bon de séjourner ici. J’ai effectué un voyage d’affaire mais je retournerai avec ma famille avec plaisir. Je vous conseille cet hôtel si voues voyagez à jointville le pont.

I have traveled a lot in my life but what I am about to tell you about this hotel I never thought I would experience in my life. In the third evening after I took a bath, I found near the towels and the hairdryer a piece of feces ( yes, feces, you read this right). Olive-sized, it was there, near the towels and the hairdryer, on the furniture under the sink. Can you imagine this?? It would be 🤢 to find it in the toilet, but on the furniture, it is unbelievable, unexcusable, unacceptable. This place shall be closed for good for sanitary issues, it represents a health hazard for guests. And when I called them to our room, they did not offer another one (but maybe it was not available), they only said that full cleaning service is available in the morning and just cleaned that place on the furniture where I found the feces and offered to change the towels. Next day, bathroom was still uncleaned, just the towels changed. And the room is overall really really dusty, if you put something fast on the floor, a lot of dust will raise, you can see it easily, everywhere. Seems like all they do in terms of cleaning is changing the towels and the bedsheets and of course, put a piece of feces somewhere for you. The rooms seems not dusted for months and when they come to clean during your stay they will not take the trash out, dust or wash the floors, nothing, absolutely nothing. Horrible place, I never thought I will live this experience.

As an 11 year old in 2019, i went that year in April to Disneyland Paris but my family stayed in this hotel the night before. This hotel was fairly good, nice beds, room for everyone, good views, and a nice restaurant/cafe in the lobby area. Now i have to say it definitely wasn't the best hotel i have ever stayed in but the prices are cheap, and was a good lead up to the Disney trip. Customer service wasn't bad at all, but overall the hotel could do with some improvements. Now in 2022 as an almost 14 year old, i will be staying at the same hotel in the way i did last time (the night before the trip) on the 29th on May, and we may be staying after our Disney trip too for an extra day in Paris on the 1st of June night. Fingers crossed it will be as nice as it was 3 years ago!! :)

We stayed with my husband for 3 nights to be as close as possible to family members living in the area. We booked initially a superior but then upgraded again because the room was very bad. We ended up paying 150€ a night for a room with windows broken (we couldn’t close the bathroom window after opening it), we had no hot water for 2 days (1 evening and next and final morning). Decoration is ugly and very very old, very poor condition overall. No plugs nowhere we even had one of the bedside table light not plugged in because there was no plug. We were woken up by the maid on the first morning because there is not even signs to indicate you are in your room... And when we checked I it we complained about the hot water and the hotel response was « no other client complained »! What a shameful response. So in a nutshell: - poor condition - no measure whatsoever regarding extra cleaning due to Covid - service is awful - it s way too expensive for what it is like by far! - this place is a sh*t hole and does not deserve 3 stars Don’t book go somewhere else or book an apartment this does not deserve to welcome guests!
