The problem is that it depends a lot on the apartment they give you, I have paid the same both times and the apartments have nothing to do with each other, if they had given me the one the second time the first time I would not return. Strong smell of tobacco from the stairs, poorly cleaned bathroom, small, uncomfortable shower with black silicone, very very rough sheets and towels, very small apartment, I can cook from the bed, very hot in the room when I arrive, very The bathroom and refrigerator were noisy, the television remote had dirty windows, it left a lot to be desired and no cover. Anyway, the first time the apartment was about three times the size of the second one and at least I had a sofa where I could sit and watch TV or work. I'll think about it when I have to return for work, this time I wasn't comfortable.

My score is dedicated to the Cabana where we were (number 9) and its management. The person who attended us, told us that we chose the Alzines area and that we reserved the Cabana that we thought best. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. To compensate, we received the free drink at dinner and we were offered other services that we couldn't enjoy because we had to leave in the morning. But the thing doesn't end here, when you pay almost €500 for a night and a dinner taste you wait for a place with privacy, intimacy and romantic, and it was so little that we got a cabin that, besides having a view of a parking, The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The restaurant Bages964, spectacular! as well as the attention received by all the staff.

The experience which sticks most in our memories is nearly losing our passports; they fell out of a pocket, while we were leaving. Luckily the lady who checked us out spotted this and brought these to our car. That stands for all our contacts with Hotel Mon's staff; alert, helpful, efficient and friendly. The gin and tonics we enjoyed in the superbly designed lounge overlooking the monastery are the next most memorable items: never have we seen such large/heavy goblets, containing about twice the normal contents. Only one of those necessary before dinner. Both dinner and breakfast were very good: for breakfast, full marks for frying eggs to order, and providing freshly squeezed orange juice and Cava. The standards are very high in this hotel, as shown by the care and attention, and training of the staff. Just a couple of niggles; the restaurant was not open at lunchtime, and we couldn't get a twin room with an easy to access shower; we were offered such a room, but it was fully equipped for mobility impaired guests, which we didn't need/want. The shower in the bath was what we got instead. In praise of the room, it was modern, spacious and comfortable: plenty of wardrobe space.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre, with a large parking and recharge for electric vehicles. The restaurant is spacious and comfortable. We made a marriage menu and was spectacular! The breakfast is super complete with kitchen service in addition to the buffet. The room was large and comfortable, although it is true that there was some imperfect or little maintained, but for us it is not significant. The gym is quite abandoned, I hope they will be put to it, though when you come to such a place, the last thing you want is to go to the gym !

Really enjoyed our stay. The owners were super friendly and supplied a huge amount of snacks and things for Breakfast. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but there is a nice restaurant within a couple of hundred metres, so no problem. Room was big and clean, and very close to the start of the hiking trail going up the mountain, which was excellent.
