The worst of the whole bedroom.
The breakfast is too bad, I asked a jam toast and tomato. The bad jam and the worst I've ever tasted. And the tomato had only seeds. It was not even made with pear tomatoes.
The horrible coffee insipid.
I don't understand this in a 3* hotel.
The rest of the things.
Clean and good location. Ample services and friendly staff. Great food in cartagena

The photos display on the website of this hotel are not from this hotel.
The hotel doesn’t have swimming pool and it is not closed to the beach either.
Hotel is very modern and it is good for a 3 starts hotel, they have even minibar in the rooms but the beds are not comfortable for me, the mattress are not hard enough and you feel you are downing in. The shower is really good tho!
The staff from the reception should be more friendly and welcome the guest nicer. No nice touch upon arrival nor when we did the check out.
Hotel is ok for 1 night stay and if you dont plan to stay in the room too long.
The hotel is outside the old town, the street is very inconspicuous, but the room is clean and the bathroom is complete. The interior is newer than the outside. Breakfast is also good, the price of 11 euros is quite high. There are Carrefour on two roads near the hotel. Less than ten minutes walk from the hotel into the old city, then go straight to the beach, and then return to the hotel from the old city on the other side. Half a day is enough.
The hotel was clean, in the room lacked the coffee shop as it was in the description. The large bed, the pad a little hard, the nice coats. The regular bathroom, we ordered a shower but we got the bathroom. The hotel has a very good location and is very comfortable and very comfortable. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.
Positive:
The hotel has a beautiful ”old atmosphere”. Most of the general space on the first floor (where we stayed) I personally found very atmosphereally decorated.
The hotel room itself was also applied to the ”sphere”.
Lifts in place.
Free parking on the street.
Great tram connection to the centre of Granada (20 minutes)
Good breakfast/lunch restaurant next to the hotel!
Improvements:
Unfortunately, in our room only high windows without view.
There were no lamps in the bed lamps, so only a large light in the room.
The bathroom has a problem with fungi in kitnadens, which is a very big deal, and I hope that something will be done soon!
There was no reception staff behind the check-out bar. We sounded the clock twice and waited a while. Then the key was put through the lock in the screen. (Payment was already arranged).
Cleanliness: We got ourselves a double room and the room was very clean. The room didn’t have any carpet which I personally would have liked.
Location: The hotel is in the centre and easy access to the Cartagena stadium and attractions. Plenty of food places around too. They have their own private parking for additional fee, but we chose to park 10 mins away which was free from the evening to the morning and then you pay €2.50 for three hours use, and then we drove out, which worked in our favour as we only spent €2.50 for parking for one night.
Service: The check in and check out process was quick, easy and smooth
Amenities: There is no kettle in the room. For hot drinks you would need to go downstair to the reception and use the hot drink machine. There are options for coffee, teas, hot chocolate, cappuccino etc, which is included in the price you pay for the room and then u can take it to your room or stay downstair. Also I wasn’t happy with the wifi situation. To access wifi, you click on the hotel wifi and then enter your name and email address and the email address needs to be confirmed in order to be able to use. I personally am not fond of this, as I didn’t have an option to opt out on emails so I didn’t use their wifi. Also the wifi can not be access from every part of the room, my partner spent more time in the bathroom than in the room since that was the only place he could get a very good wifi connection.
Downside: The wifi connection was a struggle to get in the hotel. But other than that the room was nice and spacious.
