AacacacStunning view from a room window where you can see beautiful ocean if you’re assigned to oceans side! I really appreciated that they have bathtub as most of the hotels in Copenhagen doesn’t have it and it’s so relaxing to have a bathtub after busy day.
Stuffs at the reception are kind and nice.
Amenities are not so good though. With this price they should provide at least a kettle and a cup for tea/coffee/water. They don’t provide them which is weird as most of the hotel even budget hotels provide them so hope the hotel can consider it in the future. Reception gave me hot water but we need to go downstairs every time we need it which is very inconvenient.
But it’s clean, new hotel and breakfast has many varieties which I really enjoyed.

AAsnafi NaderLong check-in and check-out time but the rest is good or excellent. The location is perfect for flight travellers. However, the check-in took a long time and I was the the fourth person in the line. The que was very long when i was checking in. I had to wait a long time (25-30 minutes). A couple and I tried to use the self check-in. But the self-checkin stations were not functioning. We had to go back to the long que. The ”receptionist” claimed (when I asked him during the check-in) that the waiting time (for check-in) is sometimes (amazingly) one hour. The ”receptionist” was alone. No other staff member helped him while several staff members just strolled around. The check-out took also a long time. A long que was built up, while the lonely ”receptionist” talked in the phone. He had a long phone conversation. None of the staff members helped him. The room was clean and quite. The breakfast was excellent. I give a relatively low rating due to the long check-in and check-out time. It is not specially customer friendly if you/the customer need/-s to stand one hour (in my case 30 minutes) in the check-in line after a 20 hours long flight route.

GGuest UserWe were flying from Italy via Copenhagen to the US. Arrived from Italy around 10pm. The walk over to the hotel was easy and short (signs to hotel along the way), check in was super fast (desk ppl were nice and efficient), room was nice and functional, the beds were comfortable snd the breakfast was great with many choices. One type of coffee but we were spoiled in Italy. 😂 Highly recommend it.

SSze MakThe dissatisfaction was more a product of the price than anything. The location relative to the airport was not great: a 10-15 min drive. The area was not sketchy in the sense it made me feel unsafe but certainly way more delinquent children than expected. However, was conveniently across the road from a supermarket with multiple cheap options for eating nearby as well. The staff at the hotel itself were great. The room was dingy ++, but was scrubbed as clean as they could manage, which must have been some task as bits were falling off.

GGuest UserWell we booked this as a last minute booking on our way over from Sweden. If I was honest we didn’t expect much but we were so pleasantly surprised. The reception staff were great, and were a great help in letting us know where & how to get to the places we wanted to see. The on-site parking was a great bonus, as trying to park in the area would have been a nightmare. The breakfast was nice, and was well presented. A good choice for the price. The room was of a good standard, however there was a few coming & going’s throughout the evening, but I think that it could be expected as many traveler’s were either coming from or going to the airport. Overall, a well run friendly hotel in a good location.
