I came to Germany to watch the European Cup and was still waiting for friends, so I chose to stay at the Moxy Hotel near the airport on the first night. The hotel is only a 10-minute drive from the airport. The rooms are very new and it is very convenient. You can also buy late night snacks in the hotel. The hotel also has a Shuttle Bus that takes 10 minutes to the airport.

We came back to this hotel after our stay in 2019. It has really become so much better! This time the room was spacious, very well air-conditionned. The staff was attentive, especially Maryam during brekfast. Very quiet. Very tasty breakfast. Strong wi-fi

Pretty convenient and perfect for solo travelers. Small twin bed but perfect for a night stay if you need a layover. Shower is clean. The place has buffet available in the morning for additional cost. Check in process of easy and fast. If taxi is needed to travel back to the airport, it’s available at around 25 euros. Would definitely stay again if I need a convenient stay.

We booked this hotel (2 rooms) through ******* prepaid. When we arrived at 1:30am, first we were told they only had one room reserved. After showing the front desk clerk our receipt from *******, only then did they acknowledge the second reservation and gave us a room. To our surprise, the room was for a single traveller. I went back to the front desk and said the bed was too small for my son and I to share and the front desk clerk told me that's all they had (even though we booked a room with two doubles). The clerk told me that it was our responsibility to call the hotel to confirm the room types after we booked and paid for the room on *******. The good, the hotel is generally clean, and close to the airport. The bad, the air conditioning didn't work in our room (we had it on full blast, but the room stayed warm all night). There was no hot water! We woke up at 7am to leave for our flight could only have cold showers. The shuttle - we asked about the shuttle and the front desk clerk told us if we had more than one suitcase we couldn't use it?! In general, stay here if there is nowhere else to stay, but I wouldn't recommend it.

This is for sure a very nice hotel, and the staff was very friendly at check-in, despite we were late (arrived just before midnight). The room we had (family room) was good sized, clean and he all you need for a stay. We ordered the breakfast, and it was a bit expensive for sure, around 42€ for 2 adults.., so even when the food and the selection was very good it was a bit too expensive.. In general for sure a hotel I can recommend if in need to stay a night outside the airport, but as mentioned a bit expensive, that’s why I give 4 out of 5.

Our family had departed the UK on December 18, 2021 was planning to travel from Austria to Germany when news of Germany's change in Covid Entry Requirements designating the UK as a virus variant high-risk area was announced declarining, ”On arrival in Germany, all permitted travellers from the UK who arrive after 23:01 on 19 December must quarantine at home for 14 days irrespective of their vaccination status.” It was nearly impossible to reach Therme Erding on the phone with horribly long wait times. I finally emailed the spa directly to inform them of my cancellation due to this change of Covid entry requirements to Germany. You can imagine my surprise when I receive an email on December 27, 2021 I received an email telling me that I was being charged Euro 136, - as I was a ”NO SHOW.” Despite there being one internet page for the Therme Erding that advertises to customers that hotel and spa can all be booked in one place, the Victory Gastehaus insisted that everything should have been cancelled separately. They expressed complete disregard concerning the newly issued Covid entry requirements that affected their customers. Many companies have found positive ways to care and engage with their customers and keep both sides happy during these uncertain Covid times when regulations are changing daily. Victory Gasthaus certainly could have at least offered a voucher for future use as a token of compromise and customer service. Instead, the representatives that I corresponded with with were completely apathetic and inflexible. They lacked even the most minimal amount of customer service and empathy it would require to figure out a compromise. Victory Gastehaus had the opportunity to keep a future customer and maintain positive customer service, but chose otherwise. With Therme Erding being such a major tourist attraction, I would expect far better customer service and increased flexibility especially with regards to changing Covid regulations. Unfortunately, I experienced quite the opposite.

Why not make your last night in Germany before you fly home a authentic Bavarian experience. This hotel has it all. Very nice rooms that appear to be recently remodeled yet retain their Bavarian charm, underground parking garage with direct elevator access to rooms and a cozy Bavarian restaurant all priced at or below the price of Airport hotels. During our stay the staff was pleasant and helpful as was the service in the restaurant. Not sure if it has an airport shuttle but if you have a car that's not a problem. The airport is not that far so a Taxi might be an option as well.

Erst am frühen Abend spontan für eine Nacht gebucht, um unseren München Besuch zu verlängern. Freundlichkeit bei der telefonischen Buchung, alles sehr unkompliziert. Späte Anreise auch kein Problem, da es einen Schlüssel-Safe gibt. Wir waren auf der Suche nach einer preisgünstigen Übernachtung mit sauberem Zimmer und gutem Frühstück. Bekommen haben wir viiiiel mehr! Ein geschmackvolles, großes Zimmer mit super bequemen Bett und sehr modernem Bad. Am nächsten Morgen erwartete uns ein sehr leckeres Frühstücksbuffet mit Kaffeevariationen nach Wahl, Säfte, Müsli, Obst, frische Brötchen, Brot, Käse, Wurst, Marmelade... alles da! Der Frühstücksraum ist wunderschön und die Tische mit Liebe eingedeckt und dekoriert. Das Beste am Frühstück war aber die liebevolle Bedienung, eine junge Ungarin mit perfektem Deutsch und einem einzigartigen charmanten Wesen. Sie verwöhnt die Gäste, ist sehr hilfsbereit und aufmerksam ... und das alles mit einem zauberhaften Lächeln - man merkt, dass sie Freude an ihrem Job hat. Und sie macht das leckerste Rührei mit Speck! :-)) Excellenter Service! Gleiches gilt auch für die symphatische Frau an der Rezeption, die überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit ist. Wir haben sehr gute Tipps bekommen. Das ganze Haus ist sehr sauber, modern und hell. Parkplätze stehen direkt am Haus kostenlos zur Verfügung. Wir können dieses hübsche kleine Garni wirklich weiterempfehlen. Egal ob für einen Aufenthalt in München, Besuch der Erdinger Therme oder als Flughafenhotel. Alles ist mit Auto in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Ganz großes Kompliment und herzlichen Dank an ”die Mädels” :-)) des Hauses die uns verwöhnt haben! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
