Big rooms with extra bedrooms ! Friendly staff . Parking before the hotel is mostly occupied but you can park against it, in the week until 16:00 but free! Whoever is well walking, for example the Dom is available in 15 minutes. Overall very quiet in the hotel. Very old bathroom, with bathtub. Not suitable for seniors. No refrigerator, although there would be room.

As an international traveler I care most about functioning wifi, A/C, and parking - basically in that order. The hotel is easy to reach from Hamburg via Autobahn and close to major routes. 25 min walk into the city, several shops and restaurants close by. Breakfast and bar is great, amazing view from 8. floor. Rubbery smell in the hallway. Parking is a nigh**are in the adjacent parking lot - very tight no space situation all around. Room clean with spartan ambiance that is called ‘nordic’ . No carpet and very clean. Not much room in the bathroom/counter. Wifi does not work - also it is an all open network hotspot causing additional problems with Mac/ I phone. A/C in room shuts off after short period of time with humid weather. Very minimal bedding - 1 small pillow with no additional pillows in room. Staff at the desk was helpful with late check-in. Otherwise unconcerned about the idea that most travelers need functioning wifi and expect A/C to work. Staff in the bar/ restaurant is amazing and super friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

Gut gelegenes modernes neues Hotel, obwohl es zwischen Bahnhof und ZOB liegt, ruhige Zimmer, freundliche, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, unkomplizierter persönlicher Check-In, Check-In am Automat auch möglich, moderne Einrichtung, sehr schönes sauberes Zimmer, coole Tapete, modernes Bad mit Regendusche, reichhaltiges Frühstück, es wurde immer schnell nachgefüllt, ein zweiter Kaffeeautomat wäre schön, ansonsten große Getränkeauswahl, Lachs hat mir gefehlt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Wir waren in dem Hotel/Motel für 3 Nächte. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem Industriegebiet. In der Nähe befindet sich Mc Donalds sowie andere Fast Food Restaurants und ein Lidl. Der Bahnhof ist mit den Buslinien 3, 10 und 1 in ca. 9 Min zu erreichen. Man sollte bedenken das die Lautstärke von der Straße relativ hoch ist. Das Zimmer war mäßig Sauber. Es wird nur alle 3 Tage im Zimmer gereinigt was ich vorher nicht wusste. Der Müll wird nicht weggebracht und es wird auch kein Toilettenpapier nachgelegt. Man kann sich vorstellen das am dritten Tag das Zimmer schon sehr unschön aussieht. Es gibt in dem Hotel nichts ( Kein Fitnessraum, keine Rezeption, keine Bar und keine Lounge) Frühstück ist im Vier Jahreszeiten nebenan möglich für 20€ pro Person oder 10€ pro Kind möglich.

We had 3 nights stay in July 2022. This hotel is located right the in center of Lübeck in the old part of the city. The City Hall Square is just 3 min away as well as the nice water channels. Hotel rooms are spacy and some of the cleanest I have ever seen. We had a room facing the street which was fine. We did not experience any noise as it is a very quiet street. Break feast buffet had a nice wide selection and was well organized. Staff was friendly and service minded through out the stay. We used the underground Parking owned by the hotel. The hotel puts up signs with names so there are reserved fixed spots. Note that some of the parking spaces are a bit narrow, even for normal size cars. Also note that the road leading up the parking garage is narrow and bumpy (Old town road) So lower sports cars can have issues) All in all we had an excellent stay and sure choose Atlantic Hotels again

GGuest UserMe and my husband stayed four nights in this hotel for our summer holiday in Germany in 2020. Nb not 2022. Perfect location close to the Altstadt and the river in Lubeck. Because of the corona the pool and sauna was closed. We thought that any 5 star hotel should have a gym but this hotel had not. We went to the High 5 gym near by. But we certainly recommend the High5 gym, and the reception should also recommend a gym when guests ask for it. Breakfast had a variety of offers. We spent a few mornings in the outside cafeteria on the lawn outside the hotel in the nice sun. The cleanliness was good and the staff was polite. But some of the receptionists seemed a bit more formal or reserved than we are used to from Scandinavia. A little smile or two can do a lot! We would like to come back for The Christmas marked.

Don’t get a room facing the ‘park’ - what you get is a room facing the bus station with diesel driven noisy buses arriving and leaving around the clock. A true stressful experience— quite the opposite of the hotel promise. The buffet is second to none and the room furniture and bathroom are fine. However, the in-room entertainment is poor. German tv channels and no way to connect your own devices. Comparable hotels have built-in connections for Apple and Android devices allowing guests to bring their own streaming services Bad location next to bus station and poor in-room entertainment options - no more than three stars

Lliverpool1023Although located next to the station the hotel proved to be a quiet location. The rooms are quite small, lack some amenities (coffee making) but the bed and bedding is comfortable and sleep quality is good. The breakfast was superb with plenty of options. It offered excellent value and was only around 15 minute walk to the old town and its attractions.

GGuest UserI like the format of B&B hotels - basic hotels built on cheap land, usually next to a railway track (as in Lubeck) and with a room code instead of a card. This B&B was only a 4 minute walk from the station, my room (as is usually the case at these hotels) was basic but spotlessly clean. Breakfast (€10.50 extra) was good. The only slight ****** would be that to enter the hotel you have to walk through a car park which is not very well lit at night. Overall, a very good, basic, clean and modern hotel.

JJunia88Hotel location is very good, there is swimming pool and gym sauna, the hotel has parking lot but the seat is not much more than 14 euros a night. The disadvantage is that the floor of the room is gray on the side of the road, and the hotel may be old, the carpet inside the room is very dirty, the door I feel that the paint has fallen off, and the curtains in the room are also short. The morning sunlight can be glaring from below.

GGuest UserI have been visiting this hotel for over 10 years (expect during Covid). As an amputee (5 yrs ago) and in a wheelchair, the rooms are excellent and have safe and secure wc & shower seat. Staff are just the best in the business. Breakfast has been good for all the years I have visited and the restaurant manager is the same wonderful lady for 10 years. Nothing is too much trouble and good underground parking plus a large lift. 99% perfect just a new mattress which make my room 114 100%. Well done IBIS Germany. Perhaps a few Euros more than it should be even with an Accor card.

Receptionist was not at all welcoming. First impressions important and she did not leave a good impression albeit she was more helpful later in evening when we needed some assistance. Parking is an issue if you need to use garage. Steep narrow entrance and need advanced driving skills to get into some of the places. The room we had (30) was off the garden seating area- access not from inside hotel. It was somewhat souless, had high ceilings and dimly lit. Not very inviting. Bed was however comfortable. Asked about changing room but advised only rooms available were underground ie this was the better option. Did not have breakfast as over €20 each which felt pricey. There is s nice bakery/cafe around corner and the bus/railway stations just across road. On plus side hotel is centrally located and really close to restaurants and old town. Also liked the glass bottles which you could fill up from a water dispenser in lobby. Good recycling policy although I suspect some people will complain about inconvenience.
